What a fabulous 2 evenings of cocktail creations that we experienced. The bartenders were not only engaging in conversation & their desire to serve but also demonstrated a level of talent & expertise that is not commonly found in most cocktail bars. Thank you to Greg, Nabil, Bona for a vacation that we will be talking about for quite sometime!
What a special place! The aesthetic of the bar immediately drew us in, as it was cozy & intimate. We were greeted with a smile & escorted to the bar (my favorite place to sit). IMO, It was VIP seating, as we had a front row position to witness the most spectacular display of talent, technique & showmanship. We watched the mixologists craft the evening, mood, experience…& yes, the cocktails. The bartenders were attentive & engaging, all the while navigating many, many complex creations. & a shout out to Greg, Nabil & Bona…All 3 gentlemen brought us into their world of cocktails. This experience will be shared by us for years to come. If you are ever in Montreal, Nacarat Bar is a MUST if you want outstanding service coupled with some of the best cocktails you will ever enjoy!

Manager Rachael Santarossa is an outstanding leader. Nacarat is a well oiled machine. Everything was exceptional, drinks, service & professional hospitality from Raphael, Greg, Bonaventure, Dominic & Nabil. Fairmont is fortunate to employ this team. Mon endroit de prédilection pour un 5 à 7. Un de mes bars chouchou à Montréal pour prendre un verre (ou deux ou trois!!) & ce, depuis plusieurs années déjà. Les cocktails concoctés par des mixologistes de haut niveau sont tout simplement parfaits! J aime être installé au bar & les voir opérer la magie avecbeaucoup de discipline tout en discutant aimablement avec les clients.
La terrasse au 3ieme étage est très agréable (avec une vue superbe!) & le bar au rez de chaussé est magnifique!
Merci à Nabil, Bonaventure, Grégoire & toute l équipe (hôtesses,serveurs,etc) pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur élégance & leur grand professionnalisme. Équipe de feu/ Dream Team!!

Le Nacarat est une valeur sûre au centre ville. Nabil & son équipe sont d'excellents professionnels, attentifs & accueillants. Les cocktails sont délicieux & la carte est variée. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique. Le DJ est très bon, le niveau sonore n'est pas trop élevé ce qui rend les conversations agréables.
Visited Nacarat terrace on a beautiful summer evening & thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The vibes & views were exactly what I was looking for. The drinks were unique & delicious - made by award-winning bartender Nabil (@nabilbartender). It was as much fun to watch his flare while mixing cocktails as it was to drink them. All of the staff were personable & very accommodating (Rafael, Bona, Dom) which contributed to evening's atmosphere. I will definitely be back. Thanks Nacarat!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Nacarcat, & nabilbartenderI must say, it was an experience to remember. The ambiance of the place was the first thing that caught my attention-chic, modern, & welcoming, with a touch of sophistication that sets the perfect tone for an evening out. The highlight of my visit, however, was the amazing cocktail I ordered. From the moment it arrived at my table, I was impressed by the presentation. The vibrant colors & garnishes were artfully arranged, making it almost too beautiful to drink. But drink it I did, & it was nothing short of spectacular. The first sip was a revelation. The balance of flavors was impeccable-each ingredient was carefully chosen & expertly mixed to create a harmonious blend that was both refreshing & complex. The use of fresh, high-quality ingredients was evident, & the cocktail had a perfect balance of sweetness, acidity, & a hint of bitterness. It was clear that the mixologist at Nacarcat is a master of their craft. What truly set this cocktail apart was the depth of flavor. As I sipped, I discovered new notes & nuances that kept my taste buds intrigued & delighted. There was a subtle hint of citrus that brightened the drink, a touch of herbal complexity that added depth, & a smooth, lingering finish that made me savor every last drop.
