Super experience grace à l'hôtesse & le personnel au bar! Les cocktails étaient inoubliables, la nourriture était bien aussi notamment les frites à la truffes, wow! Le bar parfait pour débuter une soirée entre filles ou pour une date intime. L'ambiance y est sombre mais chaleureuse, je reviendrai certainement. Je pense que notre serveur s'appelait Jerome, merci pour son excellent service!
Un super bon moment passé à ce bar. L'ambiance & les serveurs sont au top. Le cocktail que j'ai pris était fort alcoolisé à mon goût, il reste bon quand même. Celui de ma femme était sans alcool & il était excellent.
Le service est vraiment top, rien à redire.
Seul petit bémol, je trouve qu'ils n'y a pas assez de cocktail sans alcool, un ou deux de plus ne feront pas de mal.
Je recommande à 1000%
What a fabulous 2 evenings of cocktail creations that we experienced. The bartenders were not only engaging in conversation & their desire to serve but also demonstrated a level of talent & expertise that is not commonly found in most cocktail bars. Thank you to Greg, Nabil, Bona for a vacation that we will be talking about for quite sometime!
What a special place! The aesthetic of the bar immediately drew us in, as it was cozy & intimate. We were greeted with a smile & escorted to the bar (my favorite place to sit). IMO, It was VIP seating, as we had a front row position to witness the most spectacular display of talent, technique & showmanship. We watched the mixologists craft the evening, mood, experience…& yes, the cocktails. The bartenders were attentive & engaging, all the while navigating many, many complex creations. & a shout out to Greg, Nabil & Bona…All 3 gentlemen brought us into their world of cocktails. This experience will be shared by us for years to come. If you are ever in Montreal, Nacarat Bar is a MUST if you want outstanding service coupled with some of the best cocktails you will ever enjoy!
Manager Rachael Santarossa is an outstanding leader. Nacarat is a well oiled machine. Everything was exceptional, drinks, service & professional hospitality from Raphael, Greg, Bonaventure, Dominic & Nabil. Fairmont is fortunate to employ this team. Super endroit pour passer un bon moment entre amis! L'ambiance du bar est conviviale & agréable, le service est vraiment amical, on se sent tout de suite bien accueilli. Les cocktails sont excellents, bien préparés & équilibrés. C'est le genre d'endroit où on a envie de revenir, que ce soit pour un début de soirée ou pour simplement profiter d'un bon moment sans prise de tête. Vraiment recommandé!! :)
I really love the ambiance of this bar, it's very alive. The cocktails I ordered are really tasty & the service is extraordinary! Greg was our server tonight, he made awesome cocktails!!!& the service is very attentive :) I had a good time tonight, definitely will come back again!
The Nacarat experience is a pretty typical Montreal rooftop bar experience, for good & bad reasons. For one, most of the city's rooftop bars are not really that high up, & this is no exception. However it's placement over Place Ville Marie, facing the direction of the mountain makes great use of the elevation for a fantastic view in both daylight & nighttime. Although this bar closes at 10:30pm, nighttime would be limited as this is not really a bar for nightlife. Aside from some shared tables, the space does not exactly encourage mingling but it's certainly possible if you are feeling social. Our server was a gem, very polite & understanding. Was not pushy at all for me to order a drink while I waited for my friend who was very late. The signature cocktail menu disappointed me however. It just felt forced, odd ingredients being thrown together that did not seem complimentary unless you use your imagination to make them so. I'm not pretending to be more of an expert mixologist than whoever was behind it but from my tastes it was not working. I did try the daquiri & had absolutely no idea why there was red wine in it. Was not complimentary to the flavour at all, probably done just for the floating red colour in the drink. Did not try any food. The prices are cutthroat as well but this is to be expected given this is the Fairmont rooftop bar.
Excellent service de la part de Greg au bar, de Oussama & de Max! On y retourne bientôt grâce à eux! Quelle équipe chaleureuse & professionnelle, on y a été traitées aux petits soins.

Mon endroit de prédilection pour un 5 à 7. Un de mes bars chouchou à Montréal pour prendre un verre (ou deux ou trois!!) & ce, depuis plusieurs années déjà. Les cocktails concoctés par des mixologistes de haut niveau sont tout simplement parfaits! J aime être installé au bar & les voir opérer la magie avecbeaucoup de discipline tout en discutant aimablement avec les clients.
La terrasse au 3ieme étage est très agréable (avec une vue superbe!) & le bar au rez de chaussé est magnifique!
Merci à Nabil, Bonaventure, Grégoire & toute l équipe (hôtesses,serveurs,etc) pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur élégance & leur grand professionnalisme. Équipe de feu/ Dream Team!!
Un endroit de classe pour célébrer un événement spécial ou pour relaxer en sirotant des cocktails parfaitement balancés.

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. The cocktails were really good, unique blends & excellent presentation. We were seated at the bar, which gave us a nice vantage point into their operation. Their whole team is highly professional. The manager came & spoke with us, what a nice gentleman. We got a charcuterie plate, which was great, & they surprised us with a little extra for a special occasion. The overall ambiance was lively but not overbearing. The interior design is simply spectacular. I absolutely recommend this bar & will 100% be back..
Visited Nacarat terrace on a beautiful summer evening & thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The vibes & views were exactly what I was looking for. The drinks were unique & delicious - made by award-winning bartender Nabil (@nabilbartender). It was as much fun to watch his flare while mixing cocktails as it was to drink them. All of the staff were personable & very accommodating (Rafael, Bona, Dom) which contributed to evening's atmosphere. I will definitely be back. Thanks Nacarat!
Mais qu'est-ce qui s'est passé avec le bar Nacarat lil y a quelques années c'était mon endroit de prédilection. J'avais hâte d'y amener des amis & des convives & leur faire découvrir cet endroit tout simplement superbe. Premièrement nous avons arrivé & nous avons été placés à la terrasse je comprends qu'ils sont en grève, mais il y avait tout simplement un petit speaker qui jouait de la musique, de fond de radio , il n'y avait aucune vibe grande déception quand on a vu le menu cocktail, juste trois choix la place a perdu son cachet & sa magie c'est vraiment dommage. Je suis déçu je ne pense pas y retourner prochainement.

Only review for drinks. Coolest cocktail menu with handwritten designs & descriptions. Rare to find many places that provide so much detail & thought into their menu! The service was quick & the bartender both friendly & very knowledgeable. Highly recommend as a place to stop in for drinks!
Je n'ai pas pu tester la terrasse de ce bar d'hotel très feutré. La carte du menu est vraiment très bien pensé, je l'ai adoré à la fois ludique & très claire. Chaque cocktail apparait sur la carte de façon chronologique en rapport au moment où il a été créé. La carte explique ensuite comment le bar s'en inspire & s'en émancipe, c'est une superbe idée. Je trouve cependant que les prix sont quand même trop élevé pour des cocktails au gout très bon mais pas exceptionnel. Je recommande l'adresse mais ce n'est pas un coup de coeur.
L'ambiance chic & raffinée du bar est très intéressante. La musique est excellente & les cocktails... WOW! Merci à maxime de nous avoir servi ! Ton service était excellent
Our experience was fantastic. The manager Raphael was amazing & treated us & his staff with kindness. He was extremely helpful. The bar staff Dominic & Bonaventura were over the top, & created some of the best drinks we have ever had. The wait staff Allee, Nadia & Jerome were informative & attentive. Also the food was fabulous ( charcuterie platter, lamb chops & boneless chicken). I believe Raphael had a lot to do with the teamwork! Thanks Michele & Paul
