Amazing cocktails, & friendly & knowledgeable staff. We were there relatively early in the evening & it was a great atmosphere & perfect for conversation. I imagine later at night when the place gets crowded & the music goes up it's more lively but less intimate

Truly an incredible experience where the unobtrusive service staff were there to help 💯. *An important point to make is that the music was lush, with rhythms curated & cued up by Silver Fvks. This was part of a monthly residency so keep an eye out for that DJ duo. After realizing that all my senses were going to be spoiled I got comfortable in a minimalist yet classy booth & went with a bold choice for my first beverage --- a "Big Fun in Little China". When you're searching for an interesting & unique place to spend most of your night, or maybe the weather isn't inspiring much confidence, you can seek shelter at this refreshing cocktail lounge.
Hidden bar in downtown montreal, no public signs outside, a bouncer greets you at the entrance. A cocktail drink costs around 20 cad, a pint of beer costs 9 cad. The bar is super classy & the ambiance reflects fancy music & clients.
Me & two friends only found this bar late on our last evening before heading home but I'm glad we did. You wouldn't know the bar is there to begin with. There are no signs & it is down a quiet street which I think adds to its speak easy vibe. It has a really chilled out cosy atmosphere with a DJ adding to it with some chilled out music. Our server Morgane was super attentive & helpful. Sat us at a table & we ordered some Old Fashioneds with her recommendation of bourbon. The drinks took a little longer to arrive but the bar was busy & we were happy just chatting. The Old Fashioned was really good! It's a shame we found this bar so late into our trip but I'm glad we found it eventually! Would absolutely return again next time we're in town.
We decided to try this bar out after seeing it on instagram & it was PHENOMENAL. We had so much fun the first night, we came back with more friends the following evening. We loved the ambiance, the music was not so loud that we couldn't have a conversation with each other & the staff were outstanding, they really put on a show! The drinks are on another level - I highly recommend the fruit loop shots. We loved hearing the back stories behind the drinks we ordered & how they came to fruition it was also a treat to get shown the back room that had elements from the former bar location (bar top & tile) under renovation. We will be hitting up mal every time we are in the city & you should too!
Cool place that you wouldn't know it existed from the outside of the building as there are no signs. Great cocktails, cool detailed drink menu with lots of explanations to help choose, great music as there was a dj playing, cool vibe. Service seemed to be slow as I only noticed two servers. We sat down at the bar as there were no tables available, enjoyed the drinks while seeing all the bartender magic happening right in front of us. Bartender is great, but someone should be looking over cleaning the bar as the person beside me has spilled his drink, made bar dirty & nobody cleaned it while we were there. Overall good experience & would love to come back.

Great spot with a very cool vibe. Good music but not too loud so you can actually talk to your friends. I had the'big fun in little china' which had my favourite rum, el Dorado, & nice touch of ginger. Would highly recommend!
I just left this cocktail bar with my sister, & I just have to say that this place is officially one of the highlights of our 29th birthday trip! The drinks were amazing, as well as the staff (met a fellow Georgian (US)), & funky, soulful music from a DJ who you can tell loves what he does. This place was an experience we won't forget! Will certainly be a return customer.
Waited about an hour in line before getting in. Location was smaller than I expected but still had a cozy vibe. Drinks/ shots would take a while to come out (~20 minutes per round) however considering all ingredients are made in house I did not mind the wait. Drinks were PHENOMENAL, especially the "Champagne Papi", which was why I came here. Bouncer & staff were very nice as well. Played house music in the background that gave the place a chill vibe. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to sit down & talk with friends for a couple hours.
This place is such a vibe, & Eric is an absolute gem working there. 10/10 would recommend as a cool Montreal spot. Cocktails are amazing & it's a great date spot. Music was trendy.

Drinks are awsome. They dont have food but they will get you from the restaurant next door. Drinks are special, service is good & friendly .Music was good but a bit too loud for a place were you are supposed to sit & talk. Overall its a great place to have nice cocktails 🍹 🥥 🍍🍸
I didn't realize how small it was until I got in, but I really liked the atmosphere. The music was great both times I went. The cocktails are really good (& strong). Fun to go alone, I think even better with a group that appreciates good music.

Hugo & Simon are very knowledgeable, professional about the drinks. Delicious! The atmosphere is very comfortable & the music is amazing. Come to this place! I will be back again ❣️

Really chill bar, music was vibey, perfect volume to have a conversation yet not too low. The dj was chill & knows what he's doing. The bar is nice, not too small not too big, there's the main bar & another bar-ish in the middle & tables surrounding it. The lighting is nice. Drinks wise: so we ordered 4 drinks, & 4 shots total, tbh can't really remember the name of the drinks since i always ask the staff their recommendation, here i need to mention Chris, one the nicest guy ever, he asked me couple questions & surprised me with the drinks, & he doesn't miss, both drinks were amazing. Overall good experience, would go again on a Sunday evening. & Chris if you reading this thank you again.
This is a perfect spot for a date or a night with friends. Very cozy the music is great & the cocktail are really good. All staff is amazing but the star of the shows is Jessica.
