I had a very disappointing experience at this ice cream shop. I simply asked if I could taste a flavor before deciding what to buy, which is a completely normal request at many ice cream places. Instead of being treated with kindness & respect, the staff were rude & made me feel unwelcome.

Their attitude toward me changed just because I wanted to try the ice cream before purchasing it. Customer service should make people feel comfortable, not embarrassed for asking a simple question. Because of the way I was treated, I decided not to buy anything.

I won't be returning, & I can't recommend this place to anyone who expects friendly service & basic courtesy.

I had a very disappointing experience at this ice cream shop. The staff treated me in a rude & unprofessional manner simply because I asked to taste a flavor before deciding what to buy. Sampling a flavor is a normal request at many ice cream shops, & I was surprised by how disrespectfully I was treated.

Instead of being welcoming or helpful, the employee made me feel like I was doing something wrong. Customer service should make people feel comfortable, not embarrassed. Unfortunately, because of the way I was treated, I won't be returning, & I can't recommend this place to others. I hope the management takes customer service more seriously in the future.

Beaucoup de choix, produits glacé de bonne qualité. Les prix compétitif sont sensiblement aussi cher qu'ailleurs. La terrasse est intéressante pour déguster notre commande.

« Lors de ma visite au Bar laitier Casavant de Saint-Jérôme, une cliente accompagnée d'un chien d'assistance a été traitée de manière que j'ai trouvée irrespectueuse. Les propos qui lui ont été adressés m'ont profondément choquée. Les personnes qui utilisent un chien d'assistance devraient être accueillies avec respect & conformément à leurs droits. J'espère que l'établissement prendra des mesures pour sensibiliser son personnel. »

Vraiment ordinaire j'ai commander un grand ouragan a 12$ & il n'était même pas rempli, il y avait plein de poche d'air dedans. Je recommande mille fois plus le bea délice qui est pas loin. Le seul point positif est le beau Félix qui travail la.
