I had a very disappointing experience at this ice cream shop. The staff treated me in a rude & unprofessional manner simply because I asked to taste a flavor before deciding what to buy. Sampling a flavor is a normal request at many ice cream shops, & I was surprised by how disrespectfully I was treated.

Instead of being welcoming or helpful, the employee made me feel like I was doing something wrong. Customer service should make people feel comfortable, not embarrassed. Unfortunately, because of the way I was treated, I won't be returning, & I can't recommend this place to others. I hope the management takes customer service more seriously in the future.

Their attitude toward me changed just because I wanted to try the ice cream before purchasing it. Customer service should make people feel comfortable, not embarrassed for asking a simple question. Because of the way I was treated, I decided not to buy anything.

I won't be returning, & I can't recommend this place to anyone who expects friendly service & basic courtesy.
