Malgré la qualité de la nourriture & du vin auquelle nous sommes habitués généralement, nous avons eu un piètre service aujourd'hui. La serveuse ne voulait pas nous laisser nous asseoir à la table que nous préférions malgré que l'endroit soit vide & lorsque nous avons insisté, elle a été extrêmement bête & nous a lancés des regards désobligeants. Nous avons été tellement déplus par son attitude que nous avons quitté l'endroit. Nous n'y reviendrons pas.
Pretty good food, & good atmosphere too (gets lively weekends & evenings) - but the most impressive thing is the level of service from the staff - they are quite meticulous in their hospitality despite this being a more chill bar... I really appreciated how one waiter specifically approached me when I was standing awkwardly with my & my gfs jackets & came to take them to the back. It's a small thing but he was very attentive & watching to see how he could help, I'm new to Montreal from Toronto & this type of hospitality is one of the things that impressed me most about the Montreal restaurant scene & especially Henrietta.
Sat at very uncomfortable seats , wait time was high , tables are tiny , drinks were watered down but ok , food was good but portions were tiny . Edit : Went to this place twice it's good but just sit at the table & not those tiny chairs . & drinks were good this time & food portions as usual tiny
Je souhaitais essayer ce restaurant Depuis longtemps. J'avais entendu de bons commentaires. La nourriture était excellente, mais le service Très décevant. Les tables se remplissaient autour de nous, les gens commandaient & recevaient leur nourriture. On remplissait nos verres d'eau, mais aucun serveur venait prendre notre commande. J'ai dû interpeller un serveur afin de savoir qui était attitré à notre table pour commander. Il c'est passé environ 1h30 entre notre arrivé & la réception d'une 1e assiette.
excellent choix d'alcool sous toutes les catégories - le henrietta a de quoi plaire à tous & chacun! les prix sont légèrement élevés mais la majorité des établissements du même style (niveau décor disons) proposent des tarifs similaires

Service was nice. Salad that tastes like battery acid? Risotto that tastes chef boyardee? Extremely overpowering mayo taste in devilled eggs? Gnocchi with creamed corn that tastes like weird cake with barrier of unseasoned bitter leaf & stale popcorn preventing you from tasting it? Cocktails that taste like soda water? Say no more! Ok, but does the chef taste their own food before serving it?
The service was at its best, they should have cooler temperature inside as it was suffocating considering the amount of people & how packed it was. Street parking is available which is a plus point.
L'attitude désagréable de notre serveuse à complètement gâché notre expérience. Nous nous faisons référer à notre serveur.se afin de connaitre les options de vins en verre (options non visibles sur le menu ou sur le site internet) & lorsque nous demandons des conseils/informations à la personne de référence, nous peinions à rececoir quelconque information constructive afin de faire un choix en fonction de nos préférences tout en etant témoin d'une attitude complètement négative.
We just happened upon this place as we ate nearby & we're looking for a place to have a cocktail before heading home. It turned out to be a great choice as their bartender was very skilled at making cocktails - both the traditional ones as well as the newer trendy ones. The decor was appealing & the vibe both indoors & outdoors was great... on a Tuesday night. Will have to return to try the food.
