Had high expectations on this establishment & started off our Thursday night here. However, it was extremely disappointing. We got a seat quickly but then didn't get served for 15mins. Once the cocktails arrived we saw our server 2 min later asking how the drinks were & then never saw him again. We wanted to get another drink & something to eat but no one came to see us. 35 mins later a new server came by & we asked for the bill. Took another 10mins to pay.

I am assuming that the establishment didn't want us to spend money so we decided to go somewhere else. Maybe it was a bad day or we were in between shift changes. Too bad, the establishment is very nice & have a great terrasse. Would have loved to try more things.

De l'accueil, au service en passant par l'assiette, tout est parfait. Je recommande vivement cette adresse. Des cocktails de qualité, un format d'assiette original, parfait pour partager un bon moment avec ces amis ou pour une date. Foncez les yeux fermés.

Bar Henrietta is a nook of security & kindness in an otherwise intense bar scene in Mile End. The food was excellent & the drinks were lovely. We had the gnocchi, piri piri chicken, ceviche, popcorn, & cookie. Highlights were the ceviche & cookie. the cucumber cocktail was amazing. the pilsner is simple & elegant. one of our waiters had great knowledge of the wine which was really nice to see. all the staff were chatty & lovely. great energy.

afterwards we went to get a beer at Dieu du Ciel bar down the road & the energy was so bad we came STRAIGHT BACK TO BAR HENRIETTA.

it is a staple, a miracle. a promised land.

Le service était terrible! Nous étions un groupe de 16 un mercredi pm & c'était clair qu'on dérangeait la serveuse malgré une facture de plusieurs centaines de dollars & un excellent pourboire. Attitude hautaine & juste désagréable. Très typique du mile end mais j'ai jamais vu aussi pire que ça. C'est dommage parce que la nourriture est excellente & les cocktails délicieux mais plus jamais pour moi, ni mes 15 collègues.
