I confess I was tempted to rate this place a 4 as the cocktails were kinda there for me, but on the other hand they were hosting a sherry cocktail contest & have a good vermouth program, so who am I to criticize? I guess a warning to the two fisted drinkers out there: this isn't really your bar.View more

As a bar with a focus on Vermouth, Sherry, Amaro, low ABV cocktails, Bisou Bisou executes this concept extremely well. You can definitely tell that a lot of thoughts were put into the drinks. If you're a lover of Vermouth & Sherry, this bar is really on to something. The drinks were innovative & well crafted; the service was amazing; & the atmosphere was quite unique & welcoming. Would absolutely recommend!!!View more

An interesting concept bar with spectacular service. The drinks are hit & miss, with some gems & some duds. This is a sherry & vermouth bar, so be prepared for lighter alcohol levels & some funky flavors. It has promise, but needs some tweaking with the cocktail menu. Excellent cocktail bar in Old Montreal. With the first read of the menu, I wasn't really sure what to expect. But after I tried my first drink, I didn't need more convincing that this place knows what they're doing. They use sherries & vermouths in some of the best ways possible, to create unique, delicious & well-balanced drinks. The drinks, service & ambiance were all incredible & I will surely go back here the next time I find myself in Montreal!View more
