Took 15 mins to get an order in, people after us in line got food 10 mins earlier, order was wrong anyway. When remade took all of 2 minutes so I'm confused what took them 45 minutes for 2 Banh Mi.
Banh mi un peu plus classe que ceux de Paris mais moins de goût. Ils sont bons mais ne valent pas leur prix. Ceux de Paris sont moins chers & plus goutus. Ça dépanne pour un repas non gras.
Le prix affiché n'était pas le même que le prix facturé (hors taxes) sans aucune indication ni explication. Un service plus rapide est attendu d'un comptoir à emporter. Bien que les marinades soient réussies, la portion des garnitures dans le bánh mì pourrait être un peu plus généreuse. Sachant que malgré l'inflation, le prix a presque doublé en 5 ans.
Had an incredible takeout night! The vermicelli bowls are exquisite & the spring rolls are divine. Definitely do try the banh mi as well, it's their signature dish!

My order, a spicy lemongrass beef Banh Mì, was delivered with efficiency, & its size hinted at a satisfying meal. The first bite into the warm, crispy, yet soft bun set the stage for high expectations.
However, the unfolding experience did not fully align with the initial promise. The distinct flavor of lemongrass was absent, a notable omission that made the sandwich fall short of authenticity. The coriander, although fresh, was poorly presented, hanging untidily out of the sandwich. The toppings were sparse, & the beef was chewy, not offering the tender, succulent bite one would hope for.
The request for a spicy kick was inconsistently met; the spice was concentrated on one end of the sandwich, leaving the other bereft of the desired heat. Each bite presented a fluctuation between the contrasting worlds of spice & blandness.
