Moins convaincu sur la qualité du boeuf ( par rapport au post Instagram montrant la viande utilisé ) dans la soupe, malgré tout le bouillon était très savoureux.
Un bon endroit où luncher, les plats sont délicieux aux assaisonnements justes & à des prix raisonnables!

I normally don't leave a review unless I have something nice to say but after my first (& surely last) visit to this place I felt compelled to write this:
1. Clueless & completely indifferent staff who messed up my orders & couldn't be bothered with a simple apology.Actually, not only did they not apologize or show the slightest hint of empathy but they blamed me for making the mistake ( I promise you I didnt, they just couldnt be bothered listening properly when I was ordering).
2. Cold soups (or luke warm at best)
3. Average food, small portions & steep prices.
4. Since when do we pay for tip before getting served??!! Here, you will have to pay tip before you even sit down. Bonus: you order up at the counter, they do not bring you a menu or get your order at the table (which would be fine if they didnt make you pay for that tip before even sitting down).
5. Cold uninviting atmosphere. If you're looking for some authentic & warm vibes, you won't find them here.
6. Did I mention the staff/service sucks? I need to say it again...terrible & comes with a passive-aggressive attitude. They have so much to learn about providing good service, starting with some basic manners. Girls, if you're reading this review I'd like to ask you just one thing: do you even care?
Craving some good Thai? You can do way better than this place, I promise you. Don't fall for the reviews as so many of them are clearly fake.
Girl at the front will definitely ruin your experience. She screwed our order, brought 1 soup, instead of 2. Could've been easily handled but the fact that you argued with us about our ordered & made my boyfriend go pay the second soup while is soup is getting even colder. When asked to get it warmed up in microwave it was so complicated, she had to ask.... Almost 20$ for a cold soup....very very oily also, lacks taste also. We didn't finish, hope you learn about customer service & fast! My boyfriend & I eat at restaurants pretty often, we stay away from leaving bad reviews but this is necessary. Do not leave tip before you live the experience!
Perfect place for a noodle fix! 🍜 Bang Luck has a gentle way of bringing comforting Thai flavours to Montreal. I'd recommend going for lunch & benefitting from their combo meal which comes with a main & wontons for ~ 20$.
Bangluck offers a comforting & well executed meal with rich umami flavors that satisfy. Though entrées & side dishes lean a bit overpriced for the portions. Still, the cooking shows care & consistency,
Based on my brief experience at this location, I had concerns related to food-handling practices. I observed cooked chicken being prepared & cut on the same cutting boards & surfaces used for vegetables & vegetarian items, without clear separation. Hand hygiene between handling different ingredients also appeared inconsistent. I additionally noticed insects present on kitchen walls & surfaces. I am sharing this as a personal observation & hope these issues are addressed.
J'y suis allée pour dîner avec une amie. Petite salle avec quelques tables, décor simple. La commande se fait au comptoir, service rapide. Plats réconfortants & goûteux. Parfait pour un lunch par une froide journée d'hiver.
Concept sympa & plat réconfortant à prix raisonnable. L'accueil a vraiment été au top & la nourriture était vraiment bonne. J'y retournerai

Par contre payer 34$ pour une demi bouteille de vin blanc, c'est choquant.
J'étais super enthousiaste à essayer le nouveau restaurant Bangluck depuis que j'avais vu un article dans La Presse.
D'abord sachez que c'est plus un « comptoir » qu'un restaurant puisqu'on y commande debout.
Pas de menu on nous dit d'aller sur le site web pour choisir.
Nous faisons donc nos choix en ligne. Quand on commande 3 d'entre eux ne sont pas disponibles sur 6.
On doit donc recommencer avec les affiches debout à la caisse.
On choisi finalement la salade de papaye. Sans grande envergure.
Le bao au poulet frit est excellent. Ce fut le meilleur plat de la soirée.
Nous avons aussi gouté le poulet vapeur avec le riz & bouillon d'accompagnement. C'était bien mais tiède.
La soupe au boeuf était également bonne.
Le plat de nouilles à la sauce soya aurait été notre préféré mais il était rendu froid.
Il y avait 2 vins, une bière, un cidre & un cocktail du moment.
Le dessert classique thaïlandais « mango sticky rice » n'était pas à la carte non plus malgré sa présence sur le site web.
Je crois que c'est mieux pour un lunch rapide & sans partager avec personne.
234$ avec les taxes pour 4 cocktails,
1 bouteille de vin, 4 baos, une salade de papaye & 3 plats.
Troisième fois que nous mangeons la , dans ce petit local tres bien aménager , très zen , un peu en retrait , pas déçu à date , assaisonnement parfait , bouillon goûteux , à la prochaine …une nouvelle découverte à chaque fois
The food tasted fine but the portion is small for what they are charging. Service was good & staff was friendly.
Overall it is ok but not worth repeating.

The food here was so good! My best friend made me discover this place & I was very impressed. I couldn't tell you if these are traditional or not, maybe not entirely, but they were both delicious. The service was good as well. This is a great casual spot to go to for a comforting bowl of noodles or soup.

Quain little thai place on the plateau. A bit pricey, but good portions & great taste.
Definitely try the mango sticky rice dessert!
