I have never experienced such terrible service at a restaurant before. Our waiter took our order & we never saw him again. He didn't ask how the food was. I didn't get more water after my glass was emptied. My boyfriend got a beer & was never asked if he wanted another one after it was finished. Eventually another waitress brought us our bill. We were never asked if we wanted dessert. The food was decent but I'd never come back here. :(

Took 15 min to take order. Never refilled shot glass sized waters or pop. Food took almost an hour. Pizza wax burnt & salad had crouton dust on it & lettuce was brown. When served finally returned, he said he would give is a small percentage off because our pizza was burnt! That was his attempt to get a tip. No luck. Horrible food & service.

Cuisine tres bonne, autant les pates que les pizzas ou les drinks tres bon. Les employés sont très gentil & agréable le service clientele est un des meilleurs restaurant ou j'ai ete je reccomande beaucoup. Ambiance : bonne musique pas trop forte éclairage agréable banquette tres confortable espace entre les tables.

Une découverte remarquable ! Si vous cherchez une pizzeria qui allie exigence culinaire & atmosphère détendue, c'est ici que ça se passe.

Dès l'arrivée, on est séduit par le cadre : le design est superbe, moderne & épuré, tout en restant parfaitement décontracté pour une soirée entre amis ou un dîner plus intime.
Côté cuisine, c'est un sans-faute. On sent que la sélection des produits est rigoureuse, avec une pâte travaillée à la perfection & des garnitures fraîches & savoureuses. Mention spéciale pour le service, qui est irréprochable : l'équipe est souriante, accueillante & de très bon conseil, ce qui rend l'expérience d'autant plus agréable.
Un rapport qualité-prix exemplaire pour une cuisine de ce niveau. Une adresse incontournable que je recommande vivement. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir !

Balboa Pizzeria is absolutely fantastic! The pizza was fresh, flavorful, & cooked to perfection with a delicious crispy crust. The ingredients tasted high quality, & every bite was amazing. Zoya was friendly, welcoming, & provided excellent service from start to finish. The restaurant was clean, had a great atmosphere, & made for a wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend Balboa Pizzeria to anyone looking for delicious pizza & outstanding customer service. I'll definitely be coming back!

We walked in after our aura show at Notre-dame. We ordered the arugula salad, prosciutto & margarita pizza. Food was a bit slow (probably because of the FIFA game that was happening at the same time) but we would come back. The food was excellent.
