Le service à la clientèle laisse malheureusement à désirer. L'équipe semble souvent davantage axée sur les problèmes que sur les solutions. J'ai également l'impression que le traitement des clients varie parfois selon les personnes, ce qui n'est pas souhaitable.

Une formation en service à la clientèle serait certainement bénéfique, car il y a très peu de flexibilité, même envers les clients fidèles & réguliers. Dans toute l'équipe, une seule personne se démarque par un service à la clientèle exemplaire & professionnel.

Malheureusement, le gérant ne donne pas l'exemple en matière de service à la clientèle, ce qui est décevant.

C'est dommage, car les produits offerts sont de très bonne qualité.

The service here is just as good as the food. I appreciate how quickly they move even when there is a line out the door during the morning rush. The bakers clearly know what they are doing because the texture of everything is spot on. It is a nice addition to the neighborhood & I find myself stopping in much more often than I probably should. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates real quality baking.

Stopped by this bakery on a whim while walking through the neighborhood & I am so glad I did. The aroma when you walk through the door is absolutely incredible. I picked up a few different pastries & they were all perfectly flaky & flavorful. It is rare to find a place that puts this much care into their craft. I will certainly be making this a regular stop whenever I am in the area.

I have been coming to Bakery P. A. T. for a few months now & I am always impressed by the consistency. Everything is baked fresh daily & you can really taste the quality of the ingredients they use. The staff is always very friendly & helpful when I am trying to decide what to get. It is definitely my go to spot for a quick morning treat before heading into the office downtown.
