I had bought bagels in the past they were amazing but now I've purchased them & the dough inside the bagel was RAW I had to throw it out because it was sticking to my teeth

I ordered Gluten Free & said I have an allergy. I asked if they use the same toaster & utensils & the man taking orders said they used different ones. I then watched the staff cut my bagel & a normal bagel, then put them into the same toaster.

When they brought it to me, I told them I can't have it & they did not put up any fuss. They have prepackaged GF items you can buy, but anything else is heavily cross contaminated.

Gluten free bagels, turkey sandwich made fresh on a gluten free bagel, frozen gluten free bagels to take home. My only regret is they don't have gluten free Challah.

To purchase Bagels it's a great place to go. You can pick up cream cheese, milk, drinks, & all other types of breakfast pastries. Should you wish to grab a quick bite they have conveniently set up a few tables where patrons can eat while waiting for their order.
Is it a restaurant? No. Prices of increased recently & let's say the amount of cheese that's put into the bagel sandwich has decreased becoming almost just a scraping of cheese. I've seen lots of people order sandwiches but look rather good however beware the prices are high.

Presque une institution à Westmount. Un ensemble self service - comptoir à Bagels & salades + plats surgelés indiens à emporter. L'établissement a maintenu une installation & un concept simples en gardant un haut niveau de qualité. Très sympathique, facile & personnel très gentil. Merci !!

I love this place. It's a perfect little nostalgic lunch hideaway. Take the lunch box with 2 salads, last time I counted they had 27 so you'll surely find at least a couple you want to try.

Food. Average at best. Sandwich in fridge was exceptionally dry, very little ingredients & a massive let down regardless of price.
Had some pizza knishes & they were stale & had to return them & this was apparently fresh as it was still mid morning. Kudos for management for acknowledging this fault & providing an immediate & full credit.
Coffee station was great as was the coffee.

Would I return again? Probably but not for a sandwich not a baked product. I would do coffee again & roll the dice & see what their cooked & prepared foods were like.
