I randomly walked into this bagel breakfast shop this morning & got two bagel sandwiches to go. I forgot their exact names, but one was No.10 with salmon & cream cheese, tbh that was the best salmon bagel I've ever had! The cream cheese was rich but not greasy at all, perfectly balanced. There were also some green pickled bits inside - not sure what they were, but I loved them! Highly recommend it to anyone who loves salmon :)

The other one was No.9, with egg, avocado, & Swiss cheese - very fresh & simple, just the natural flavors of the ingredients. Perfect if you prefer something lighter in the morning! The sauce on the side was also really nice 👍🏻

Their bagels are so good - soft, chewy, & full of flavor 💛💛

Having brunch at Begel Ste-Rose is a tradition for my family & friends. Every time I get to Laval, I don't miss the opportunity to have a freshly made bagel with a well-made cappuccino or Mocachino. This restaurant is reliable in fresh flavors, quality, good customer service, & reasonably priced.

I came here 1:30 pm on Thursday. This place is a cafeteria/restaurant depending on when you go. Today was a cafeteria.

I went to the counter ordered my food & there was no line & plenty of seating options. The lady was delightful & polite.

I got a number & they delivered the food to my table. I ordered the mochachino & salmon bagel(terrible combination on my part).

The mochachino was really good & had deep chocolate flavors. It's wasn't too creamy.

The salmon bagel was has amazing had a nice crunch & soft. The fatty salmon & creame cheese blended nicely.

Would definitely go again. I went out of my way to find this restaurant.

The only complaint I found the music a little too loud. I wasn't in a good mood honestly & it threw me off but on most days I'm sure I would enjoy it. The food/service cheered me up tho!
