Nobody seats you. You wait & wait. No sugar, no salt, no pepper...nothing on the table. You wait for the waitress to give you the menus. You have to line up in a busy restaurant to go fetch your own coffee. It does not matter if you are handicapped. Go get your own coffee. No sugar on the table. No cream. Nothing. No napkins on the table. Eggs must be prepared their way. No breakfast potatoes because they prefer that you have fruit instead. I'd say this is more cafeteria than restaurant with service. Lastly, you can go pay your bill at the front with all the other people standing in line & coming in. Really badly organized. Everything is designed to make things easy for them & for you to work.
p.s. Don't forget to tip them generously for service.

J'adore cet endroit trop chouette !
On m'a déjà offert un café gratuit car je n'avais pas d'argent comptant ! Ils sont très gentils & le petit foyer à l'arrière est toujours d'appoint lors de temps plus frais mmmm un pur bonheu

Les bagels sont délicieux qu'on les mange sur place ou pour emporter.
Les différents cafés & thés aussi.
Toujours un excellent service.

Bagel L'italien avec soupe, salade & café pour un prix très abordable ! Sauf le café qui avait un drôle de goût, tout était très bon, frais, savoureux. Le bagel sésame a très bien fait honneur à la spécialité montréalaise!!
Très bruyant à l'intérieur. Service lent, & beaucoup moins courtois à la caisse pour payer. Prochaine fois je prendrai pour emporter.

J'ai été me chercher un café vite fait en passant, j'ai été sur le choque de voir comment cette place était belle avec un staff trop sympathique !! J'ai manger des bénédictine, LES MEILLEURS que j'ai manger !! J'était un adepte du Starbuck mais la, ce sera bagel Ste-Rose ma place ! JE recommande fortement!
