Non seulement c'est les meilleurs bagels de Montréal, mais c'est également la place la plus mignonne & bien décorée & l'équipe la plus sympa! Merci de nous avoir régalé toutes les semaines pendant deux ans, on rentre de l'autre côté de l'Atlantique & vous allez nous manquer!
Bon bagels, personnel sympathique, options vege & véganes. La confiture maison de framboise est délicieuse (on peut l'acheter en pot de 8oz). Les ingrédients ont l'air de qualité… & ça vient avec un prix qui est élevé. Comme il y a beaucoup de commandes à emporter je trouve que le terminal de paiement devrait proposer automatiquement une option sans pourboire ou à 10%.
This review is long overdue as I've been in Montreal/Verdun for a year today.
St. Lo was the first establishment I visited in Verdun & my first & only taste of Montreal bagels & I haven't felt the need to try anywhere else!
As a longtime barista & shift supervisor, I wholeheartedly agree with the reviewers of all of the great things about this place!
Hands-down, this place checks off all the boxes of what a'neighborhood establishment' should be by standing out with their Customer Service (verbally & nonverbally) from their front-of-house staff.
First, they're all very attentive & constantly doing'lobby sweeps' of cleaning off tables, checking in with customers, & keeping the restrooms clean & coffee bar stocked.
Secondly, it seems like each person has their own little circle of regulars, which is difficul to achieve on any team! Along with the managers/supervisors & the owner making their rounds.
So lastly, I'd like to give extra flowers to our favorite St. Lo Staff, Jess! 💐 They always make us feel warm & welcomed by greeting us upon arrival & checking in on us during our stay. When we get a moment to chit-chat, their personality shines through & makes our visit even brighter! & when we're on our way out, they always warmly wave us off.
Thanks to St. Lo for setting the bar high in bagels & customer service! Grateful to be a neighbor!
Ma place favorite pour les bagels; délicieux & toujours frais. Tant qu'à y être, j'en ai profité pour prendre du saumon fumé & du fromage à la crème, le tout pour emporter. Les prix sont raisonnables, les produits sont bons & le service excellent.
Had a really pleasant experience here from start to finish. The ordering process was quick, the staff treated us kindly, & the food was very satisfying. The environment also had a nice energy to it. I'd happily return & recommend it to others.

Je passe tout le temps devant en allant au travail, & aujourd'hui je me suis rendu compte que c'était un endroit de bagels.
Ils sont frais & exquis !
Le service à la clientèle est exceptionnel aussi.
La nourriture est excellente mais le bruit oh my god c'est incroyable à quel point cet endroit est bruyant. C'est vraiment dommage parce que c'est un restaurant magnifique. Mais essayer de manger avec des gens qui hurle … c'est non acceptable… même passer une commande téléphonique c'est désagréable puisque le 3/4 du temps la personne au bout du fil n'entend rien tellement c'est bruyant.
Quel délice ! Des employés dévoués, charmants & rigolos qui ont su embellir notre expérience. Les oeufs bénédictine étaient variés & délicieux, le seul défaut étant les bines tiédasses. La sauce onctueuse, les bagels moelleux à souhait, les fruits frais, l'oeuf coulant, le resto magnifique, les hash brown délectable, le staff absolument incroyable & finalement une expérience à revivre!

The people working there are very kind & positive! The terrace is very nice, the food is amazing I got the jambon sur los Benedict's & you can tell it's homemade! The chai was excellent & refreshing
Le service est hyper rapide.
C'est parfait pour les petits déjeuners en famille ou un lunch en solo.Il t a maintenant des repas takeout & une sélection de vins importés (si jamais vous désirez impressionné la gallerie verdunoise).
Came here for weekend brunch with friends & really enjoyed the vibes, we sat in the outdoor patio section & it was a cold day so the staff offered comfy blankets which heightened the cozy atmosphere. Service was great, friendly & attentive. In terms of the food, I had the Pesto Benny & unfortunately could not taste any of the pesto - I also found the hollandaise sauce drowned out the dish.
