Royal couscous is so delicious, a mix of mergaz, brisket-like meat & lemon-flavored chicken. Add your favorite toppings as almond or caramelized raisins to enjoy a bowl with rich tasty flavors. Chef Shams is friendly & was pleasant to talk to. This is not an independent restaurant, but located in a food court. If you're into couscous, go for it!View more
