It was terrible. When you order a trio, why do you have to pay separately for the drink? & why would they put old, leftover, crushed fries in the box? The quality was extremely low, & the two people working there were literally throwing everything around, even the burger box

B12 never disappoints-they truly think big. The burgers are massive, juicy, & absolutely delicious. It's rare to find a place that nails both quality & quantity, but B12 proves it can be done.
I've always had great experiences at this restaurant. The burgers are always good quality & reasonably priced. On my last visit, I asked for less sauce on my burger. It's not something they usually do, but they made an exception, which I really appreciated. The guy who took my order (forgot to ask his name, I think he was the manager) was very friendly & accommodating, & the rest of the staff were just as great, fast & helpful even with the special request. I'd definitely recommend this place to my friends.
EDIT: I was asked to contact B12, which I did to the email they gave me but I still have not had a reply. This is how concerned they were about my poor quality meal.
I ordered for the first time last month & it was not too bad, so when my son asked what I wanted I said B12 the 4 slider meal because it was nice last time. I received the delivery from uber looking forward to our meal but was sadly disappointed when I saw that the sliders were well over cooked, the onion rings were old reheated & very greasy & the taco bowl was very cold & soggy. I find it a great shame the places like these do not have a constant level of cooked food & service, will not be ordering from them again. definitely

Ordered the classic burger trio with poutine via uber eats, couldn't believe the amount of food & quality. If you haven't tried it, it's a must in NDG. Great job!!!
In terms of fast food burger places this would be in the better ones. The quality of the ingredients was higher then expected (fresh lettuce, crispy tomates..), patties can compare to home cooked, the portion was huge & I eat alot. I was happy to see a burger built wide instead of tall, it made the experience much more pleasant. The service was friendly & fast, the ambiance could be improved with the seating accomodation.
The food here is excellent quality, they've made a choice to make food that is of good ingredients & huge portions although it costs us more it is worth it. I'm not a big fan of the hotdogs & chips but everything else is great. The Sherbrooke location has great seating & usually there's a lot of available seating.
I recently visited B12 again in NDG, & as always, it was a great experience. This wasn't my first visit, & every time, they consistently provide excellent service. The staff are always kind & professional, making the experience even more enjoyable. This time, I decided to try the PHILLY STEAK, & it did not disappoint. The steak was perfectly cooked, the bread was fresh, & the combination of flavors was spot on. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable & satisfying fast food option. Consistent quality & exceptional service make it stand out every time.
Great experience, very nice guys, great quality food, loved the atmosphere, came all the way from Ottawa for this. The staff is very friendly & outgoing. Will definitely be back again 10/10 (7bb)
Just got home from a 47$ order. To have stale chips, from earlier in the day, stale curly fries, & stale fries. Having been charged 5.25$ extra for trio, then an extra charge for curly fries is just a sham. The portions of fries should overflowing in my opinion. But they offered 2 handfulls. I used to be a chef & none of the food was hot. Sad because the presentation looked awesome. But the delivery for the cost I'd recommend Harvey's to save money & get a fresh burger. I gave 2 stars because he didn't charge me extra for water because I don't drink soft drinks. I doubt they will last long unless the quality & portions improve.
By far best place in town! From the friendly service to the quality of the food everything makes the experience simply amazing. I recommend the chicken platter as no one in montreal has that quality chicken & so many great sauces!
