The portions are more than enough. The quality is very good & burgers are delicious. But you will have to ask for what you need (like ketchups) every time because there is no sauce available to customers.Voir plus

Honestly, I don't get it. The burgers weren't terrible but the prices & buns are overinflated which is why they might appear as some sort of delusional decent value. Also, there's so much sauce in the toppings, it's difficult to actually taste the burger itself. Other disappointments are the fries - extremely overpriced for this insipid frozen variety. To add insult to all this, you're asked to tip when paying for counter service & yet you have to clean up your table. 5 Guys is much better value plus you get real (not frozen) potato fries & in terms of flavour, with enough toppings, you'd be hard pressed to choose between this & a Harvey's burger.. unless you could see the bill ahead of time.Voir plus

I tried it twice for lunch Loved my first order the fries & mushroom Swiss burger were soo good I didn't like my second order as much the steak sandwich wasn't that good & the cheese sauce on the side was very salty So next time i will go with their burger for sureVoir plus
Food is great, but i opened my box of chicken wings & the sauce was toppled over & i didnt even move the bag in the car & it was flat down, so i only have one little cup of sauce for 20 wings 🤦♀️ 😒 thats awesome...Voir plus
As a regular customer of B12 (all branches), I was hesitant to put any negative review. But since the problems are all happening only in this branch, repeatedly, I decided to put this review. I have been ordering the B12 burger (number 3 on the menu), & every time the cheddar sauce is missing. Today, when I got home, I found that the salad & drink were missing in chicken combo tray. & again no cheddar sauce in any of the B12 burgers. If getting busier means forgetting the details that would affect the quality of the food, you gonna easily lose your customers. I would go to Sherbrook or Laval branches where I have never had such experience. I’m just surprised how a chain restaurant can have different qualities in different branches!Voir plus
