I've had a consistently bad experience at B12, & this last visit was the final straw. They often get my order wrong, so this time I specifically asked the employee to double-check before handing it to me. He confirmed that it was correct.
When I got home, the order was not only completely wrong, but honestly disgusting. I had clearly asked for meat, & instead I received a spicy chicken dish that I could barely eat. The only reason I forced myself to eat some of it was because I was starving.
If mistakes happened once in a while, I'd understand. But when wrong orders are frequent & staff reassurance turns out to be unreliable, that's a serious problem. I won't be coming back unless there's a clear improvement in accuracy & quality.
Honest solid fast-food joint that really doesn't feel fast-food anymore once you start eating the food. I'm serious, I had to pinch myself when my number was called for 2 reasons: my name was called (properly!) & the tray of food I was receiving didn't look like what you'd get these days for 20 bucks. I thought it would be all filler & no substance, but I was wrong again. Khalil expertly recommended that if I really want a chicken burger with some kick, that I should go with the Buffalo chicken burger. Glad I listened to him! Not only was his recommendation spot-on, but the burger was big, satisfying, filled with fresh ingredients (shredded carrots, banana peppers & coleslaw) that add crunch (but also tortilla chips!) & was truly flavor packed... I'm writing this now, wishing I had another one, honestly! The chips are a must though. Freshly made in-house they come as homemade chips & fries, & they are copious & hard to resist. I left there, appreciative, full & happy, something that I can rarely say these days about most restaurants I visit. Considering that was a better burger than most burgers I've eaten in the last year, some at twice the price of this one, I'll be back the very next time I have a hankering. You don't find value like this at many places anymore, so I guess that makes this a top-shelf find! Show up hungry & expectant, you won't be disappointed...

I had the B12 Burger Classic, complete with the B12 sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, a 200-gram Angus beef patty, bacon, onion rings, & cheese sauce. This burger was so immense that I had to slice it in half. It was incredibly juicy, with the B12 sauce overflowing. I've never had a burger quite like it before, & it left a lasting impression. I paired it with poutine as my side dish, which was also massive. My eyes & stomach weren't in sync, & the meal could easily have fed two people. Finishing it was a struggle, & I remained pleasantly full for the entire day.
My wife, on the other hand, ordered the Swiss Chicken Burger with a side of fries. The Swiss Chicken Burger featured pesto sauce, arugula, tomatoes, grilled chicken, Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, & caramelized mushrooms. She thoroughly enjoyed her burger, which, like mine, required both hands to handle. The fries were wonderfully crispy & tasty.
In addition to burgers, they also offer hot dogs, but their in-house submarine sandwiches outshine the typical submarine sandwich makers. Their extensive menu includes mini burgers, nachos, poutines, Mac & Cheetos, chicken tenders, & even salads. B12 Burger caters to everyone's tastes. This isn't your run-of-the-mill burger joint; it's a culinary experience your stomach won't soon forget. @mtlrestorap
The burgers are HUGE & the buns are super soft. The fries & onions rings are amazing & the nachos are crisp & savory! Love this place! Great menu that doesn't have just burgers -- great for little ones that are picky eaters. You're spoiled for choice. It's real food too -- not processed stuff. Like the popcorn chicken was actually chicken breast. It's stick-to-your-ribs type of food. The staff are really nice as well. Went more than a few times & always something we haven't tried.
Chicken is better than the burgers. But incredibly expensive for a fast food joint, especially when expected to tip at the cash, ordering for delivery through their door dash link just adds to a crazy price, plus tip again of course. Honestly 2 trios delivered will run you between 60-70$. Might as well go out for dinner somewhere nicer for the price.

I always passed by this place whenever I'm in the area but never got the chance well today I tried for the first time. I asked what do you recommend & the guy showed me with a menu in the front like chicken sandwiches, subs, & Hot dogs. 17 May, 2024. I ordered the b12 burger combo with a poutine & A water bottle. It came to $29 with tip. Around 3:30PM. Pros: A) The Burger was huge. I did not know that it would be big as a face. B) The burger tasted good & very saucy. C) I tried to see if I can finish. But the poutine was a too much for me. Still finished all except the poutine. D) The Service was good. The two guys that served were kind but lacking energy. Cons: A) Service needs to be improve in terms of politeness & energy. B) The place is small so for dine in it can get crowded & it's pretty popular. As the comments says. C) It's pretty pricey but worth it since you can feed more one or more people. Unless you are super hungry & can finish everything. Conclusion: Other than that. I hope to visit again & try their other options. Hopefully they have calories allergies information & they should make the place more vibrant & good. I hope this place & other locations will be carbon negative, zero pollution & good for the environment. I'm indifferent on this location & franchise.
One of the best chicken wings ,I loved it,they have got giant burgers also, the fried chicken breast was not that good when it was cold other than that it's cool
I ate here with my family & we got the fried chicken tenders. To be honest the chicken was pretty salty, but the fries were really good. One day I will try the burgers & I bet they are great because that is what everyone says.
Food is great, but i opened my box of chicken wings & the sauce was toppled over & i didnt even move the bag in the car & it was flat down, so i only have one little cup of sauce for 20 wings 🤦♀️ 😒 thats awesome...
As a regular customer of B12 (all branches), I was hesitant to put any negative review. But since the problems are all happening only in this branch, repeatedly, I decided to put this review. I have been ordering the B12 burger (number 3 on the menu), & every time the cheddar sauce is missing. Today, when I got home, I found that the salad & drink were missing in chicken combo tray. & again no cheddar sauce in any of the B12 burgers. If getting busier means forgetting the details that would affect the quality of the food, you gonna easily lose your customers. I would go to Sherbrook or Laval branches where I have never had such experience. I’m just surprised how a chain restaurant can have different qualities in different branches!
Should have tried B12 sooner. Come on guys only a few more until 1000 reviews, let’s help this local business.
Went for lunch to B12 earlier today for the first time. To sum it up really impressed with everything. We usually head to other burger places on Sources, but today decided to give B12 on St Charles a try. Lots of choices on the menu burger, chicken, hot dogs & many topping. Service & food was great. They actually give you plastic gloves with your meal, I will let you find out why on your own. Hint: Portion is huge & it’s loaded with everything gooey & yummy. Try it today & give them a review!!!
