I've been eating here since B12, & honestly the food is very good. The portions are generous, & I've always enjoyed the meals. However, it really saddens me that they still choose to serve drinks from boycott brands. For a place with such good food, I wish they would also make more ethical choices with the products they offer. Supporting (extremely accessible) alternatives that don't choose to give free drinks to soldiers that are killing children & women everyday would make the experience feel much more aligned with the quality of the restaurant.

My experience has been the same in all of the following branches: Acadie, Kirkland, CDN & Downtown branch.

I live in Ottawa & each time I go to Montreal, visiting a B12 branch is a must. I am simply in love with their burgers. I truly hope they open up a branch in Ottawa soon with the same quality & quantity. I have visited different locations of B12 over the last year & this one stands out for sure. Great service & delicious burgers, I especially love the overfose & buffalo chicken burgers. Fries are crispy & tasty, the chips are always cold, I hope they serve them warm or hot if possible & also the soft drinks fountain is not good, drinks from it are watered too much, I would recommend buying bottled drinks instead.

Great place! I've tried their burgers & hot dogs. The burgers are HUGE & well worth the price. Everything is made fresh, so it may take a bit longer to get your order. You order, they give u a number & wait for your number to be called. The quality is excellent, plus is all halal & the place always has customers, so you know it's good!

I've had a consistently bad experience at B12, & this last visit was the final straw. They often get my order wrong, so this time I specifically asked the employee to double-check before handing it to me. He confirmed that it was correct.
When I got home, the order was not only completely wrong, but honestly disgusting. I had clearly asked for meat, & instead I received a spicy chicken dish that I could barely eat. The only reason I forced myself to eat some of it was because I was starving.
If mistakes happened once in a while, I'd understand. But when wrong orders are frequent & staff reassurance turns out to be unreliable, that's a serious problem. I won't be coming back unless there's a clear improvement in accuracy & quality.

Burger joint like no other. Hamburgers are simply enormous. Big enough that I have to cut them in half & save some for the next day! Generous portions are matched by flavor combos & quality. You will have to be patient as they take time to prep, & it is always busy! Dining room area very small so don't expect to get a seat. Better for take-out. Prices are higher than average for a fast food place but you can get two meals out of it so okay.

Good quality & portions are amazing. The place is clean & staff are always kind as I ask for customization to the burgers. I find dinning in during the week is better that weekends.

B12 is my son's top choice for a delicious, satisfying meal. The burgers are juicy, flavorful, & always cooked to perfection. My son loves the Double Dose he says it's the best burger ever! Fast service, great quality, & a place we keep coming back to.

I love the place. Usually order for pick up.
Price/quality ratio is amazing. Burger is mooooore than enough as a meal, & trio is woow. It is simply delicious. I have tried everything burger & don't have favours one, they are all good.
