The place itself is decent. Missing music background noise but overall it would be an easy 5 stars. However, the menu stated'souvlaki in a pita', which i googled, saw meat in pita & wanted to try, however, menu did not state anywhere that'pita' will include a white souce in it I didnt pay attention, didnt ask the & table service didnt mention anything or asked about alergies, 100% my fault for not asking. But according to the owner that came to talk to me -- any'pita' comes with tzatziki in it, which is logic definying. When you serve a dish, be mindful to include the ingredients that either can be allergen or just assume the guest isnt familiar with your kitchen. I did not request the dish to be replaced however was told they wont replace it, instead offered to clean the souce manually, I did not request resolusion specially a weird one. The owner decided to be quiet self centered & argue'everyone knows...','i am busy...','30 years i do that...', while all i wanted is to him to acknowledge that an ingredient must be listed in the menu. He did not budge, ohwell. The table service was very nice, the woman was extremely helpful & cheerful. The potatoes were tasty, thats all I ate there :)Voir plus

The portions were large, & the food was good. While our waiter was helpful, at one point, she never came back, & we sat waiting. When I asked the other waiter for help, she told me I needed to ask my waiter & left us waiting also. I asked another waiter, & she finally helped to look for our waiter. It could have been nice, but as a customer, these things take way from the dining experience.Voir plus

Acceptable food. The experience was a 3 out of 10. For the cleanliness of the store: the plates were clean. cutlery was a total of 3/10 as I have found 3 hairs on the napkins. The forks were not cleaned properly as well as the Wine cup was abit dirty. The music in the store was somewhat acceptable but nothing that shows class or a high end dining scene. I had the fried calamari which showed a bland taste so you can change the saltiness to your liking but the dipping sauce was great. I also had the house salad which was not cut properly as most of the pieces were cut in huge portions which was quiet uncomfortable to eat but the sauce made up for it. For the ribeye steak was acceptable from the matter of taste. However the meat itself was definitely not a AAA meat as the cut was quite hard & filled with uncomfortable hard fat. The vegetables that were presented with the steak had a bland taste, as a hint of garlic,olive oil, & some lemon would have made the taste way better than the thing that was given. As a critic of finedining I didn't enjoy my time as there were Flies & some guy coughing & burping which almost killed my appetite. I can excuse the flies as the area where the store is located have parks nearby which can explain the flies but still not an excuse to be taken. I would like to point that the servers are the best part of the experience as they kept an eye enough & didn't bother me while I'm dining. As well as I saw them interact with other regulars & they were quiet polite & welcoming. Would not recommend for a high end dining but acceptable for a simple dining experience just don't have high expectations.Voir plus

Tonight we had the best meal ever at B&M. we ordered the Greek Chicken with Greek potatoes & vegetables, perfection, was delicious, generous portion. Truly excellent The second meal was a 16 ounce rib steak that was also grilled to perfection. Potatoes & vegetables were perfect. Thank you to the chef & staff. Well worth the money. I have been ordering food from here for a little while now, & I love the quality of the meals. That is not the issue I'm going to raise here. When I arrived recently to pick up an Uber Eats meal from the counter, I made the grave & tragic mistake of touching the paper bag, with the intention of bringing it to my right to show that I had received my meal. For this little mistake, I was yelled at; & when I tried to apologize & acknowledge I went about this process wrong, I simply received a "you should have known this beforehand", or something along those lines. I left feeling ashamed & embarrassed, which made it hard to enjoy the otherwise delicious food. Even if I had done something wrong, there are ways to let a customer know to wait to be handed & checked for your order besides yelling & berating him. I would have given this a 1-star review, but I really did enjoy the food. I will not be going back there again, & I'm sure from the reaction of the staff today they will be quite pleased never to see me either.Voir plus

A legend (Bob & Mike=B&M) in the neighborhood for decades. Tasty moist grilled 2 stick pork souvlaki platter (undoubtedly better than my last visit at the Villa du Souvlaki) came with generous Greek salad, rice & delicious freshly made fries. Very satisfying. Shrimp cocktail is made with big shrimps. Clean well-kept premises, nice tiled floor & bar wall. Terrace open when weather permits. Pleasant smiling waitress, knowledgeable, multilingual. Will return w/o hesitation. Has alcohol permit.Voir plus

Just ordered...called & walked in to pick it up Food is good have also been there to sit down Other Staff really nice.... But...... A hint to Owner Please give the person at the take out counter where you pay , some time off...she obviously needs it...maybe tired & annoyed quite rude, not friendly👎🏽👎🏽 NOT professional Customer approach/ service Honestly, a Real turn off...Voir plus
