Thank you to the staff for a lovely evening & for being very accomodating!

Filling tasty food, prompt & attentive service, cozy ambiance. Overall great!

Tout était parfait!
Le sourire, l'accueil, le service, la bouffe, merci!

We were not greated with a smile. Food is great as always. Waitress was good. Ambiance: lighting too high for supper time especially on the right side of restaurant (my opinion only)
I love their food & drinks here! Definitely a favourite! The staff is great & the restaurant is a very nice vibe! Vegan or not it is great food & would recommend it! Their potato wedges, Dahl soup & chai lattes are the best !
I've been an Aux Vivres customer for 22 years so I've seen them through all their iterations. Nowadays I go to the Westmount location where the service has gotten really awful. They don't serve you water, you ask for the bill & wait & wait & wait until finally you get up to go pay. It's a bummer because we love Aux Vivres, we try to be polite when we go, & yet... (& this is my review without me going into the profound sadness over their changing the Choco classique recipe, not including a chai with brunch anymore, removing blueberries from their pancakes, ditching the pita for the gyro, ditching the seitan for the gyro, ditching the Montreal Fumé... But at least we have tasty buffalo wings now)

I liked my meal a lot, but my friend could not eat her tempeh kabobs because they were too dry & bland.
Ok, the BLT is out of this world. Out. Of. This. World. I could write 10,000 love poems about that damn thing. Oh, & the mango lassi is f'in hella good too (but due to anti-plastic regulations that are admittedly out of their control, it's now only served in a paper coffee-cup kind've thing when ordered for take-out & it almost ruins the experience). The rest of the food is consistently meh. Many sauces feel cheap, too creamy or too ketchup-y. & those dang potato wedges really need a glow-up. I do like the place overall. I have a soft spot for its placement & ethos. I want every foodstuff here to be better but I'm always let down, especially given nothing comes close to that f'in godforsaken mind-blowing BLT. As for service, it's respectable, & I do like most of the staff (I've seen many over the years) & they segment as follows IMHO: many seem like complicated zillenials with fragile inner lives & sympathetic progressive values, a few look mildly scared or checked out, a couple seem cool & sassy, & one or maybe two have seemed bratty & self-involved. But, hell, people is people.
