The service was slow & the music was way too loud, for effing sakés it's a restaurant not a bar or nightclub, it should never be that loud. Also some of the workers, from the microbrewery side were drinking at the counter which was close to our table & they were loud. We paid over $200 for a meal & drinks for two & I shouldn't have to hear a bunch of loud guys who are spending way less than we did, throughout our supper. If I want to hear loud music & guys, I'll go at a bar. The food was ok. I had the Onglet Chimichurri which was good & cooked to perfection however the Chimichurri wasn't fresh & tasted & looked like grass. My husband had the 16oz ribeye steak at a whopping 54$ & it didn't include any sides, we had to spend & extra $9 dollars for grilled veggies. The steak was ordered medium-rare & it came rare with the fat not at all rendered. You can get an 18oz ribeye steak with seasonal veggies & your choice of potatoes at our favourite restaurant Boefish in Sherbrooke, which is by the way a very upscale restaurant with impeccable service, ambiance, food & drinks. We might try Aubier one more time, but if it's still loud & slow, we will not go back or recommend Aubier to any one we know.

Ambiance & personnel super! Cocktails délicieux. Entrée d'ailes de volaille à tomber par terre. Déçue de la paella. La confection avec du riz basmati & le manque d'assaisonnement faisaient de l'ombre aux fruits de mer ayant une cuisson parfaite...
Superbe découverte! La bière est goûteuse & le menu midi excellent! Nous fêtions l'anniversaire d'une collègue & elle s'est vue offrir une généreuse portion de croustade avec crème glacée! Nous reviendrons!!!
