Mon amoureux & moi y sommes allés samedi dernier &, franchement, chaque plat était une petite explosion de saveurs. Créatif, recherché, surprenant, mais jamais compliqué pour rien. On sent la qualité des produits & tout le travail derrière chaque assiette. & les vins… parfaitement choisis!
Le service était chaleureux, naturel & passionné. Je crois même que nous avons été servis par les proprios - de jeunes entrepreneurs qui ont vraiment créé un endroit à leur image : actuel, original & sans prétention.
& que dire de la vaisselle! Celle que nos grands-mères sortaient quand elles recevaient de la visite… pas la vaisselle de semaine, t'sais! 😄 Un détail tellement charmant qui ajoute encore plus de personnalité à l'expérience.
Bref, tout était parfait. Une adresse différente, vivante & franchement 2026.

We had the 5 plates chosen by the house with the wine accord, maybe it was a mistake since we ended up off our preferences. We had almost no proteins. My suggestion is to choose yourself to avoid disappointment. That said the food was very good & flavors intelligently assembled. Wine accord was a good fit.
La qualité était au menu , le repas de wagyu pour 2 personne a combler entièrement nos estomac , ont a prit le dessert en takeout 😁, le service au table a été excellent , le boeuf était très tendre , mais la salade César pas César était d'une fraîcheur 🤤 ce fut une expérience culinaire rempli de satisfaction, une soirée sans faute juste parfaite, nous désirons y retourner prochainement

Lorsque j'ai eu l'occasion de découvrir ce restaurant & j'ai adoré l'expérience! L'ambiance est chaleureuse & conviviale, & même si nous étions un groupe, nous avons été très bien servis avec des délais d'attente tout à fait raisonnables.
J'ai particulièrement aimé l'assiette de fromages du moment (La Liberté, Les Trois Apôtres & le Bleu d'Élizabeth), accompagnée d'une délicieuse gelée de prune. Les breuvages étaient également excellents.
Un merci particulier à Michael Lambert, qui est vraiment sympathique & accessible. On sent qu'il a à coeur d'offrir un service de qualité & une belle expérience à sa clientèle.
Je recommande sans hésiter cet endroit, car c'est une belle façon d'encourager une entreprise locale!
