L'endroit est d'abord magnifique, avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Memphrémagog. L'auberge, depuis sa reconstruction, est d'une beauté indéniable. En été, la terrasse mérite le détour à elle seule. Le service, offert avec gentillesse & courtoisie, avec des suggestions formulées avec le sourire, est parfait. La serveuse, Geneviève, a su rendre le repas agréable & à la haute des plats commandés. Son attention & sa délicatesse sont dignes de mention !. La salade de foie de veau était un pur délice, de même que le fish & chips. Bref, il faut immanquablement s'arrêter à l'auberge McGowan quand on est de passage dans lac région.

Food & wine were excellent. So was quality of service - prompt, knowledgeable, & friendly.
The music, however, was too loud & intrusive, making conversation more difficult than it should have been.
J'ai été un peu déçu lors de l'ouverture c'était excellent par contre lors de notre dernière visite c'était ordinaire le calmar frit ressemblait à un calmar servi dans un snack bar à patates frites le fish & chips très petite portion

Belle rénovation des lieux, magnifique terrasse. On nous a prêté des serviettes de plage pour se couvrir puisque la soirée était un peu fraîche. Éventuellement, envisager investir dans tes chauffes-terrasses pour prolonger la saison. Belles options en table d'hôte ou à la carte. Prix raisonnable pour la table d'hôte incluant le potage, une entrée au choix, un plat principal au choix, un dessert & un café. Belle carte des vins avec plusieurs options à des prix raisonnables. Bravo! Superbe endroit avec vue sur la marina & le lac. Je connaissais l'endroit depuis quelques années, mais je n'avais jamais réussi à réserver ni à obtenir une table en me présentant sur place. Nous retournerons c'est certain.
