Located in Georgeville on the shores of Lake Memphremagog, Auberge McGowan has entered a new era under the leadership of restaurateurs Sabrina Laliberté and Xavier Morasse, who took over the property in June 2026. Chef Xavier Morasse highlights local ingredients through a seasonal menu featuring oysters, mussels, maple bourbon ribs, cod fish and chips and refined sharing plates served in the evening. A curated wine list and cocktail menu complete the dining experience.
The inn offers seven guest rooms, several with lake views, along with a glass enclosed dining room, a spacious terrace, a lounge with a wood burning fireplace and a private room for meetings or celebrations.
