Great food & service, the 15 years of waiting was worth it
Nous étions 8 & plusieurs ont été déçus, premièrement ce qui était supposé être de l'agneau était tellement dur, ça prenait un bon couteau & ça ne goûtait vraiment pas l'agneau. Le fameux pâté chinois qui selon nous n'avait pas raison d'être vu le prix élevé du repas. La première bouchée j'ai été incapable de mâcher la viande, c'était plein de croquant que j'ai dut l'enlever de ma bouche & la deuxième c'était de gros morceaux de gras. Presque personne y à touché, pas un succès.... Maintenant la fameuse tarte aux pommes, personne de nous a été capable de couper la croûte & le gras sur la tarte.... Il y a une personne qui a adoré la truite, il à presque mangé les deux plats à lui seul. Le gâteau aux carottes était très gras avec le fromage à chaque étage. Parfois en voulant trop en faire ça finit que c'est pas toujours bon. Nous sommes allés & il n'y aura pas de prochaine fois pour nous soyez-en certain.Voir plus

Dès notre arrivée une charmante hôtesse nous a pris en charge , nous avions demandé Bar pour notre soirée , nous avons été placé droit devant Maya , une machine , un rock , très focus a sa tâche & au bon déroulement de son équipe , aucune assiette ne passe si elle ne juge pas qu'elle en vaut le coût , présentation & goût sont jugée . Malgré sont travail acharné & ardu , elle répondait a toute nos questions avec gentille & sourire avant de retourner dans sa bulle . Impressionnante 🤩 . & que dire d' Alexandre sommelier & hôte incroyable , un amour de garçon il avait notre soirée entre les mains je fêtais mon cinquantième le soir même , tout ce qu'il nous a proposé comme repas nous l'avons pris dans l'ordre qu'il a décidé , & croyez moi , aucun regret. Que du plaisir , en bouche & en ambiance. Il nous a offert un shooter pour mon anniversaire, une belle surprise très apprécié & des de bingale. Je suis séduite de A a Z ainsi que mon conjoint. Chaque employé , communiquent bien , répondent a nos questions , expliquent chaque plat & nous salut au passage. Un endroit a découvrir & ensuite a fréquenter. Merci mille fois a tousVoir plus

Great food & service, but a really strange atmosphere for this type of restaurant. Loud 90s rock being played is definitely a vibe, but not for a $150pp+ dinner. Super cramped seating as well, chairs way too big for the space makes it claustrophobic. Very rich food, which is tasty. Chef definitely knows french flavours but I wouldn't call any dish life changing. Enjoyed our dinner but wouldn't rush back. Maybe we hyped it up too much.Voir plus

If you love meat but are tired of the barbequeue & steakhouse tropes, this is it. Duck in a can is a must, recommend any of the pork dishes. Was hoping the foie gras dumplings would be on the menu but it wasn't. Fantastic cocktails, recommend the moji-pho if you like spice. Our server was great, we asked to be seated outside but got moved inside once it got cold. Limited dessert selection if you don't like maple, but still very good.Voir plus
Nous y étions pour un anniversaire. Le repas en général était très bon. Déception pour la poutine au foie gras qui était plus un frite sauce car nous avions 2 morceaux de fromage en grain sur toute la poutine. Notre serveur nous a offert un cornet de tartare de canard supplémentaire car normalement il n'y en a 2 & nous étions 3. Il nous a dit que ça lui faisait plaisir de nous l'offrir car autrement, ça se partage mal. J'ai trouvé que c'était super attentionné. Par contre, au final nous avons été chargé pour le cornet de plus (que nous avions jamais demandé). Aussi, à 2 reprises, un serveur a échappé des ustensiles sales sur moi en désservant la table. Une fois c'est ok mais 2 fois ce n'est pas ce à quoi on s'attend dans ce genre de restaurant. Donc au final, nous avons été déçu de notre expérience.Voir plus

We came to Montreal for the first time & this place was a highlight. From the starters to the main course was immaculate. We loved watching the chef & all the detail him & the others put into their food art was amazing & some of the best food we have had. We loved the recommendations we were provided & watching from the counter as they prepared each meal with quality. Would definitely recommend to others.Voir plus
From the second you enter the restaurant you are greeted by a friendly staff that seem to genuinely enjoy working at the restaurant. Our server, Gabrielle, was absolutely amazing & she was genuinely cheerful & described the menu beautifully. I went with the foie gras poutine & duck in a can & I learned that I love foie gras. The poutine was by far the best I've ever had amd the duck & foie gras was just amazing & had so many amazing flavors. I love this place & it's staff & would suggest to anyone to try it out!.Voir plus

Absolutely outstanding! Jo, the bartender recommended several dishes that were simply as good as food gets, the duck maki cone was a very light & fresh start. Any of the cocktails will go down nicely, you can't go wrong. But as if that weren't enough, the star of the show was the Pdc dinner, like a very balanced & complex mac & cheese with fresh pasta, foie gras & lardons. You pair this with a blanche & you might as well be in heaven. Jo then surprised me with a'dessert' that easily could have been another main, more foie gras with buckwheat pancake, bacon, cheese & maple syrup?! This is what all dessert aspires to be. The service was excellent, our server Annabelle was the sweetest. We had a scallop starter that was amazing & my husband had the tuna which was a special. I had the stuffed duck leg & it was very salty. 2 out of 3 were excellent, but we had a great time & would return. Great time & great energy.Voir plus
