J'ai commandé un repas ultime j'ai attendu un moment pour recevoir ma commande. J'ai réalisé une fois dans la voiture qu'il manquait le burger dans ma commande. Je suis retournée sur place pour le récupérer avec ma facture, il n'avait pas été préparé j'ai du attendre de nouveau le temps de la préparation de celui-ci. Le gérant est parti avec ma facture & ne me l'a pas remis ensuite. Le burger était bon mais la bébé poutine manquait vraiment de sauce. Je ne pense pas y retourner à court ou moyen terme dans ce contexte.

I went to check out Ashton since I haven't had it since the 80s. The poutine is spot on. Thick sauce & great fries.
Burger was very tasty.

Ils mon donner le mauvais burger je suis retourner pour l'échanger , Kim a la caisse très rude ma juste donner l'autre burger mal emballer. Très mauvaise expérience à cause de Kim.

I have gone to this restaurant only twice & the two times I have gone it has been fatal. Food is nothing from the other world. Burgers are tasteless! The employees are disorganized & the persons in the box seems not to wash their ears or even know their job. I know this is not the healthiest food, but there are better options for eating here (in Mirabel) .

We wanted to try this place at the prime outlets since it was new. I always like to try new places for burgers & poutine.

Food was nothing fantastic, it was okay. I think that their hot dog although big left much to be desired in the taste department. I think their fries could have also been cooked longer.

What works well is their burger, it tastes fresh.
The service was fast & professional, & the branding is great.

I was looking forward to reviewing this restaurant for a while, I am going to be frank on this. There is good & meh to this. I like that the food is fresh & taste fresh. The service is friendly & fast. The fact there is no combos or trio is kind of odd in this market. Everything is A-la-Carte. Criticism is good as it helps & can hinder. In regards to mine, I didnt have an issue ordering each item one at a time, but in the fast food world I think the perception of a'deal' works well.

The bébé size poutine was... very surprisingly small. I have never seen a small poutine. (If the poutine sauce doesn't touch the bottom of the container, there was not enough sauce). Taste good. Was not very hot even though I was on the spot eating it.

Milkshake, nothing to add. Was great.

Ok i left this for last. The size of the dog compared to the bread is not a good visual sensation.the amount of garnish was very low. I will excuse this as the team at this establishment are still being drained.

Why did your company just use costco hot dogs? Giant & famous. The ones from your current supplier isn't doing it, maybe have them supply giant dogs.

I know this is a big ask 😀

Will return to try the hamburger & smoke deli burgers.
