D'abord il faut mentionner que ce n'est pas ma première expérience Ashton, c'est bien ça le problème. L'expérience n'est vraiment pas au niveau de la marque, il edt temps qu'un inspecteur vienne faire une visite surprise de la franchise. D'abord il n'y avait qu'une personne pour nous servir à l'avant, un vendredi soir pour prendre & donner les commandes. Résultat, après 8 minutes, j'avais toujours pas donné ma commande. Il y avait à peine 5 personnes & la bouffe sortait pas. J'ai vu une famille se faire rembourser sa poutine & aller s'en commander une autre ailleurs parce qu'ils étaient apparemment en train de blanchir les patates… what? Je sais pas dans quel genre de pétrin tu te mets pour manquer de patates un vendredi soir quand ta spécialité c'est la poutine mais ya certainement eu un lézard. Ceci dit, j'ai profité du blanchiment récent pour manger les frites les plus croustillantes que j'ai mangé depuis longtemps chez Ashton & le reste était flawless. Je peux juste pas te donner 5* si tu me livres une mini en 30min.

Assez rapide pour passer la commande, l'attente plus longue pour recevoir mais ça en valait la peine. Un bon dulton, menum menum.

Le personnel jase entre eux pendant que moi & une autre cliente attends pendant +~ 5 minutes. Oubli la bouteille d'eau, l'extra fromage & finalement oubli la sauce piquante nous avons eu la sauce brune …. 3 employés avec une attitude très moyenne voilà merci

Enfin un comptoir Ashton à l'Est de Québec. Situé dans les Outlets de Mirabel. Ce serait bien aussi un'vrai' restaurant, mais on va le prendre ;)
