Food is always excellent. Inconvenient that you have such a long wait to be seated but at least you don't have to wait in the cold, they will message you once your table is ready.
Ricotta pancakes are always a must. I have been here a few times & it is always amazing food quality.

Je dirais que cet endroit n'est pas mauvais mais il est clairement overrated. Nous avions pris l'assiette déjeuner classique avec le saumon fumé & c'était bon ! Mais pas exceptionnel pour se réveiller de bonne heure le weekend pour aller faire la file tôt ou donner son nom & qu'on nous rappelle 1h plus tard. Must try mais pas un revenez-y.
First time to this og branch. I went to the Cathcart one before since it accepts reservations & not this one.
Here's a comparison btw the two:
- Portions are much more generous here than Cathcart & better too taste-wise interestingly.
- Busier so expect to wait for a table. We went on a weekday at 11.30 & had to wait a little bit for a table.
- Service was much faster & much nicer.
Overall better experience than Cathcart. Would recommend aside from the no reservation policy.
'Overhype' . Service ordinaire , poulet dans le grand slam piquant au point de ne plus apprécier les autres aliments. Crêpes'ok' sans plus . Les oeufs brouillés très très coulants . Salle a manger bondée & bruyante . J'aurais aimé donné plus mais non désolé. Vous voulez une vraie expérience de brunch , allez chez Régine, le jour & la nuit !
On s attendait à un wow, mais déception. Overated. Serveuse qui a omis de nous mentionner que le poulet frit était ultra piquant au point de brûler nos papilles ! On ne goûtait plus grand chose après.
Aucune visite de la serveuse pour voir si tout était correct & remplir notre tasse de café FILTRE très ordinaire à 4,75!!! Il a dallu que je lui demande 3x. Elle a passé près de notre table à plusieurs reprises sans venir nous voir ni même avoir le regard diaponible Sinon les pankakes étaient bonne mais sans plus. Trop petite quantité de bacon de boeuf. Si vous commandez des oeufs brouillés vous devez les aimez ultra cremeux. Premiere & dernière fois.

Tried the famous Arthur's Nosh bar for breakfast today. There was a lineup even before they opened, but we were early & were quickly seated. I had the grand slam which is a bit deceiving from the picture, but still tasted very nice. The pancakes were soft & fluffy. The hot sauce is spicy though & has a certain kick to it. The servers were considerate to our requests, but the service was very slow. Had to wait almost 30 minutes to get the food. Good experience overall!

Really fantastic place. Make sure you are either prepared to wait a while, or show up at opening time. We were prepared for the long wait, so we enjoyed a coffee at a nearby cafe as we waited for a table to be ready.
The staff member who was in charge of the waitlist was really great. He was perfectly comfortable in both English & French, & very friendly.
Our food was excellent, & came out quickly! I would also recommend the strawberry lemonade iced tea, which was super yum & not too sweet.
Parfait pour se peter le ventre ! Brunch en lendemain d'arriver au Canada c'était succulent. Service un peu long mais l'attente en vos largement le coup. À FAIRE !!!

I took one bite & my soul did a backflip.
I almost called my mom to apologize for every pancake she ever made me.
