Nice location with lots of seating space as they have a terrace & indoor seating. Service is friendly & let me know that the house special pancakes with strawberries takes up to 20 minutes to get ready. The ice chai latte was very good. They only start their sandwiches & lunch menu at 11 am. The pancakes are sweet with the syrup but have a savoury balance with the cottage cheese & salty flakes. The strawberries seemed like they used to be frozen but were still okay. The pancake texture was thick & moist.
Their sandwich was good but wished it had some tomato or another vegetable in it to differentiate the taste a bit.
Overall good food, would come back again.

The food was amazing, & our waitress Cloe was fantastic! She took the time to explain the menu & gave us great recommendations. Everything was delicious, & the service made the experience even better. We'll definitely be back!
