Listen-I've been burned before by Latino pork & beef that turned out stringy & dry. But here? Their Pabellón & Suerna were so juicy & packed with flavor. The toppings were fresh & top-notch, & they even give you both a tangy avocado sauce & a spicy sauce-absolute perfection.
The arepas themselves? Perfectly cooked: crispy on the outside, soft inside, & the ideal vessel for a generous, delicious filling. Definitely coming back next time I'm in the area.View more

The price for an arepa is quite reasonable for the quality. I got the pork & avocado salsa arepa. It was loaded with the meat & avocado, almost spilling out bc of how much there was & it was absolutely delicious.
The staff are friendly & approachable but they will do the bare minimum so if you like to be left alone once the food is dropped off then this is the place. Thankfully they do give you a bottle of water so you're able to refill yourself.View more

The brunch is a delightful addition! The dishes were not only gluten-free but also bursting with authentic flavors.
We started with an order of empanadas; each one was perfectly crafted & filled with delicious ingredients, offering a satisfying crunch with every bite.
We followed that with the Plato Criollo, a giant plate of Perico eggs, fresh avocado, fried plantains, stewed beans, arepas, Andean cheese, & chicharrón (pork belly). All of this was not only delicious but extremely filling. We couldn't finish half of it 😅-the portion was very generous.

I was in a food-rut & my boyfriend recommended this place & I am so glad he did because it was delicious! Something new that I've never tasted before. Got the avocado beef arepa & feta cheese arepa & it was so filling & savoury! the mango juice was also great. Fresh flavours, lots of options on the menu, & friendly staff. Prices are cheap, you get a lot of quality ingredients in abundance, & it's fast. There was a lineup of people when we arrived so I put my name & number down & after one walk around the block they were ready for us. It's the perfect food to eat out in the park on a sunny day as well.View more

I didn't think I liked arepas but Arepera made me a believer. The only problem is that I live 3,000 miles away & none of the arepas I've tried since even come close. I wake up at night, months later, thinking of these arepas & the avocado sauce. Cannot recommend highly enough.View more

Arepera has been a staple for me for a while now, so it's about time I finally wrote a review. Their avocado sauce is so good I'd give up my first born child to know the recipe. You can't go wrong with any of the arepas, but my favorite might be pabellon (with beans & plantains). This is a must try location!!! As always it was delicious! Courteous service! Employees there are always in a good mood smiling & laughing…it definitely has good vibes! In the summer you can take it to go & eat outside there’s a nice city installation with picnic tables, bike racks etc. If you have a gluten intolerance or allergy the Arepas are Gluten Free & they also have vegetarian options. My favorite go to is the Yuca entrée, the La LLanera arepa & passion fruit juice. Can’t get enough of that avocado sauce! Put it everywhere it’s addictive & delicious! Enjoy!
