A wonderful vegan restaurant ! Had the dinner table d'hôte( Brussel sprouts, dumplings, aubergine schnitzel & cheesecake) & every dish was delicious. I also enjoyed their cocktails. Service was great as well. Overall a fantastic place.Voir plus

archway is truly an outstanding restaurant. i have been vegan for 10 years & this is without a doubt my preferred restaurant in the city; dishes are savoury & inventive, staff is pleasant & the atmosphere is refined yet relaxed. archway is always a great option, whether to dine solo, grab a coffee with a friend or share a nice meal with a larger group. i especially enjoy their seasonal menu changes, making for tasty new discoveries. i have brought many non-vegan friends here, who all seemed to enjoy their food just as much, if not more than me 🌱 10/10, would recommend to anyone looking for delicious food in montreal ✨Voir plus

Amazing gully vegan restaurant. The place is quaint & beautiful with cute interiors. Good drinks menu & a equally interesting vegan menu for small & large plates. Always love a fully vegan menu that's beyond just tofu. The starter was just too tasty & unique..we ordered a Ramen & pasta for main course & both were equally delicious. My wife & I went to get brunch, we were impressed with the quality of our dishes. We had chicken waffles, it was a perfect balance of sweet & savory. We would definitely recommend this place, if you are vegan or not vegan!Voir plus

I love Archway & the vibe (& I'm vegan) & I've usually loved the food at Archway.
Last night, however the food was a big miss :(
This is just constructive criticism in hopes that this will help the menu improve again:
- Meatballs: just tasted like beyond meat (not innovation & quite bland)
- the ceviche: just some hearts of palm in a spicy mayo, not at all ceviche like & just felt plan
- tofu polenta: did not taste any polenta & just felt like fried silken tofu with the same mayonnaise sauce as the ceviche:
- The squash main dish: really bland & too sweet. Felt more like a dessert - just tasted like squash with a lot of salt & brown sugar
- The mushroom "stake" (this was the most disappointing as I love mushrooms & know wait amazing things can be done with them). The rice & sauce was ok (but lacked overall flavor & was a little too sweet). The mushrooms were undercooked (not grilled or fried at all), & there was even dirt at the bottom of mine (the whole batch of separated were not but I guess just thrown in the pan & cooked in oil for a short period of time). The mushrooms were not even really salted to bring out the flavor.
- The desserts (& wine!) were excellent
- the service & ambiance were, as always, excellent
I'm only writing this as I love the restaurant & have had some delicious meals in the past. I want you to do well. I would hesitate to bring non vegans now because I would be worried this is how they would judge vegan food.

The service & atmosphere here were excellent, but the food I ordered was not great. I had the Baklava Pancakes which had a thick, heavy texture & the flavours didn't mix well. I also had the Chicken & Waffles, & although the mock chicken was good, the polenta waffles were very grainy. The chai latte I ordered tasted like flavoured water. These dishes were recommended to me by my server. I love supporting all vegan restaurants & I was really looking forward to coming based on previous reviews, but unfortunately this was a disappointing brunch experience overall.Voir plus

A visiter pour découvrir des plats vegan délicieux. Beaucoup de choix au menu. En plus le personnel est sympathique, on a pris le temps de bien nous accueillir, même si le resto était plein & qu'il y a avait plusieurs personnes à servir. It’s really disappointing, I really wanted to like this place. But the food quality wasn’t great, the vegan “meats” were rubbery & tasted bad. The tofu fries were hard & not enjoyable at all. I really regret bringing my nonvegan friends here since they left thinking vegan food is like this. Only good thing was the lavender matcha latteVoir plus

Toute la carte m’a donné envie. L’endroit & très agréable, la bouffe très bonne, le personnel très agréable. Le baklava pancakes est un peu sucré mais c’est ce qu’on attend de l’appellation “baklava” & c’est succulent quand même. Top 2 des pancakes que j’ai goûté à Mtl pour ma part!

Beautiful vegan restaurant on Wellington. Food was great for the most part. Highly recommend the gnocchi & tofu fries! Santorini salad was fresh, tasty & filling. Great variety of drinks. Loved my mocktail. I really wanted to like the baklava pancakes but they were quite hard & was difficult to cut through. Service could have been better. We kept having to chase our gentleman for water. He also forgot our drinks & we received them well after we started eating. He also spoke awkwardly & made more small talk than necessary while we were clearly eating & conversing amongst us. Maybe he was new? Still interested in going back to try more items on the menu. via LibroLoved this gem so much!! The drinks are creative & pretty & the food items are perfectly crafted. Had the breakfast sandwich & the bacon & egg looked & tasted just like real ones would. It's food science at its best. Couldn't recommend this place more for vegan or non vegan!!
