Resto achalandé mais très bon vivre & pas étouffant. Ambiance sonore très correct. le service est très bon avec des serveurs toujours présent & à l'écoute.
la cuisine est juste époustouflante. l'assiette de grillade #1 est excellente & une belle portion. avec l'agneau tendre & rosé à souhait. wow! leur sauce piquante maison est incroyable & elle accompagne très très bien le repas.

Highly recommend if you're in the neighbourhood. The server was beet friendly & welcoming. We ordered the grilled vegetables with goat cheese & fried calamari & both dishes were delicious. We found this place totally by accident & were super pleased. Bonus: fun, Latin music.
If you're looking for a meal that hits hard with flavor & satisfaction, this combo is next level! The grilled chicken was perfectly charred with just the right amount of spice-juicy inside, crispy outside, & topped with crushed chili flakes that bring the heat without overpowering the taste. Every bite was packed with bold, smoky goodness!
& let's talk about the poutine… 🤤 Classic comfort food done right. The fries stayed crispy under a generous layer of rich, savory gravy & melty cheese curds. It was the perfect balance to the spicy chicken-creamy, indulgent, & straight-up delicious.

Aquinta is one of my favorite spots-every visit is a treat. The food is consistently excellent, & the service is top-notch. I usually go for the paila as my main dish, & it never disappoints-rich, flavorful, & perfectly cooked. The grilled octopus is another standout: tender, smoky, & beautifully plated. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable meal.
The only (very small) downside is that it can get a bit loud when it's busy, but honestly, it's a sign of how popular the place is-& for good reason.

This is my go to restaurant to recommend in Montreal. It has everything you want in such an establishment. The service is always impeccable. The servers are accomodating & always helpful. The food is top notch. Portuguese rotisserie at its best. The place is clean & feels cozy. The price is very reasonable for such a high quality of food. I'm not the type to be a regular at a particular restaurant, but if I had to chose one restaurant to be a regular customern I would chose Aquinta without hesitation.

I had the charcoal-grilled fish here last night, & it was absolutely amazing! The fish was perfectly cooked-crispy on the outside & tender & juicy on the inside. You could really taste the smoky flavor from the grill, which made each bite so flavorful. The seasoning was spot-on, & it came with a side of fresh veggies & a tangy dipping sauce that complemented the fish beautifully. The staff was friendly & attentive, & the ambiance of the restaurant made for a relaxed, enjoyable dinner. I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves fresh, well-prepared seafood. Will definitely be coming back for more!
Un incontournable pour les amateurs de cuisine portugaise! Ce restaurant offre des plats savoureux, authentiques & généreux. Le poulet grillé est parfaitement assaisonné, les accompagnements sont tout aussi délicieux, & l'ambiance chaleureuse vous transporte directement au Portugal. C'est toujours un plaisir de faire découvrir cet endroit à mes amis, qui en ressortent tous conquis! Un vrai coup de coeur, je recommande à 100%.
Une très belle découverte. Un service au top. Un excelent choix de olats. Un excellebt choix de coktails. & un très bon vin portugais. Riccardo au bon soin de ces clients. On a passé d'agréables moments & je recommande vivement aux amateurs de poulet grillé & fruits de mer.

While heading to pick up chicken at another spot, I stumbled upon this hidden gem on Ontario Street by chance. A quick stop at a red light that led me to see this restaurant, & I decided to take some chicken home. It was absolutely delicious! Intrigued, I returned later with a friend for dinner, & we were both impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly & welcoming, & the service was exceptional. The food was outstanding, & the atmosphere was warm & inviting. I highly recommend this restaurant-it's truly a wonderful find!

My friend & I went here after being recommended by another friend! The food & service were not bad! The taste of the cleaning liquid that entered my mouth while I was eating the food! While the customers were eating, they were cleaning the floor by spraying the cleaning liquid! I thought it was only for a moment, but they continued to spray the cleaning spray & clean for about 30 minutes! We ate our food hastily & left! The taste & smell in my mouth, as if I had inhaled the cleaning liquid, lingered in my nose for about an hour! It was a terrible lunch! I don't understand how you can sweep the floor with a broom while the customer is eating.
