This place has become a staple for me & my girlfriend the last 2 years of coming to Montreal. Food is amazing & service is great. The Portuguese tart is a must try dessert. Highly recommend!

If you enjoy grilled octopus, you must go to Aquinta. The food is all amazing, & the owner, the staff, awesome.
You may have to wait for a table a little, because it always gets busy, but it's absolutely worth it . I wait, when I don't reserve on line cause I know I'm gonna enjoy my food.
I definately recommend for Grilled Portugese food.

The food is very tasty, & the chicken is absolutely delicious. The customer service is also very good.

A small issue was the Aperol Spritz, which was quite disappointing, but that does not take away from the quality of the food.
I wouldn't recommend that particular drink.

We were seated outside, & some customers nearby were smoking marijuana with a vape pen, which was a little bothersome, at least for me.

Other than that, everything was great.

Très belle découverte ! Mon chum & moi y sommes allés & avons eu une excellente expérience du début à la fin. On se sent les bienvenus dès notre arrivée. Le service était extrêmement sympathique & attentionné. La nourriture était excellente & les portions très généreuses. Les prix sont plus que raisonnables pour la quantité & la qualité offertes. Nous recommandons ce resto :)

Excellente expérience 🔥
La cuisson au charbon fait vraiment la différence - goût authentique, viande tendre & pleine de saveur.
Les accompagnements étaient frais, le pain excellent & tout était très bien préparé.
On sent le souci de la qualité dans chaque détail 👌
Très bon service & belle ambiance.
Je recommande sans hésitation !

Great cozy place, good service, nice food nice vibe. They even offer their homegrown grapes. The food portion is very generous for the price. One of those rare places that has charcoal grilled octopus. Very decent price overall for food & drinks.

We went back recently in March 2024 & the place is popular as usual. They now have 2 services hours 6pm or 8pm. It's strongly recommended to reserve in advance even for 2, & expect slow service due to the busyness. Food still good & our server was nice.

If there was an option to give them a 5-million-star review, I definitely would have!😅 I ordered through UberEats today. The food was amazingly delicious. Chicken & the lamp chop were charcoal grilled & heavenly flavorful, rice was so good. & the Portuguese potatoes were scrumptious! Highly recommended! 👌🏻

J'y suis allé totalement par hasard. Ce fut une agréable surprise. La nourriture est vraiment exellente & les prix plus que résonables. Aussi, une belle ambiance conviviale. Je recommande fortement & je vais assurément y retourner.
