I'm giving this restaurant a 3-star rating for the following reasons. We were celebrating my dad's birthday, so I called ahead to ask a few questions before making a reservation. I had seen on Instagram that they offer a dry ice'smoke' presentation with their platters, which I thought would be a fun experience-especially for the kids. When I called, I was told this would be available.
However, when we arrived & ordered our platter, we were informed that they had run out of dry ice the day before due to high demand. While it's understandable to run out of certain items, it was disappointing to have been told otherwise over the phone.
We also ordered the platter for five people, & lamb-my favorite-was listed on the menu. The waiter informed us that they didn't have lamb & then added that lamb is no longer included on that platter. It was confusing to still see it listed on the menu.
Additionally, as it was our first visit, we had several questions about the dishes, but the waitstaff were not able to clearly explain many of them, which made the experience less comfortable.
That said, the food itself was good, & the portion sizes were generous.
If you go here, expect to be discriminated, feeling like you're burdening them & have the worse customer service. It feels like they treat you & serve you according to the your ethnicity… We came in waiting to be shown to a table but we were completely ignored, then we went to the cashier to ask for a table & they handed us the menus to bring ourselves & pointed us to the dirty table that wasn't even cleaned yet. After we waited for the table to be'cleaned' we were left to be seated in a half-cleaned table which was still dirty… After, when we wanted to order we waited & waited for a long time as everybody almost refused to make any eye contact with us & kept talking amongst themselves or serve all the other customers except us or even cleaning the other tables when there was no new customers even coming in!?? Like whats the priority here?? We literally even called out to them, but we were yet again ignored as if they didn't hear us. I understand if you're not ready to take my order but you can say'we will be right with you' & make us feel more welcomed & eased up… Mind you we are very patient people & understanding as we ourselves have worked in a food service place but this is definitely INTENTIONAL. My brother said the same thing about this restaurant's service but we wanted to give it a try ourselves as we've order uber one time & the food was alright. But when you think about it for the service & price… the food is not THAT good for us to be treated with disrespect & discrimination. At the end we literally had to leave & they immediately took our menus…. Very odd isn't it? As they couldn't even come take our order or treat us as respected customers. I'm sorry but i'm never coming here, you're better off eating at another Turkish restaurant i promise you!
Went for dinner time so it was pretty packed but the service & food was fast & efficient. We ordered the 3 amigos grillades which came with an assortment of beef & chicken skewers & cut meat with rice , fries, 3 side salads & at least 6 sides ( egg plant, mushrooms, hummus, tzaziki, tomato paste , coleslaw, picked veggies,ect.) with pita & bread ! So a very satisfying & tasty spread !Definitely recommend if you're craving Turkish skewers:)
Nous sommes venus hier au restaurant pendant l'Aïd, & malheureusement l'expérience n'était pas à la hauteur.
Le restaurant était très rempli, & plusieurs choses n'étaient plus disponibles (ni thé, ni limonade).
Nous avons commandé un plat pour 5 personnes que nous prenons habituellement, mais cette fois la quantité était vraiment très petite, avec beaucoup de bourghol & très peu de viande & de poulet.
Si vous n'avez pas assez de quantité pour servir les clients, il vaut mieux ne pas accepter autant de monde, car les clients paient leur repas.
Nous avons payé 142 $, & la qualité ainsi que la quantité ne correspondaient pas du tout au prix.
C'est dommage, car nous avions l'habitude de venir, mais cette fois nous sommes vraiment déçus.
On est venu a 6 personnes & avons pris le menu pour 5 spécial ramdan. La nourriture était délicieuse, l'ambiance festive…. Vraiment, rien demandé de plus.10/10
Checked in at 6, still nothing & it is currently 8PM. Waited 30+ min after breaking our fast simply to receive a menu & way over an hour just to eat, while other tables were being served & constantly checked on even after arriving way later than us.
We try to get the servers attention, but every time we were ignored even when they saw us.
This has happened more than once with my family, & it is absolutely unfair! I'm starting to believe it has something to do with us not looking Arab on the exterior hence not being taken seriously.
Be prepared for long wait times, sometimes over an hour for food.
The food is good, but the service has been disappointing.
Had the worst experience it was one of the top restaurant my family loved. Went on march 14 2026 , ordered anatolia family
Platter it was cold & tasteless. & service was so bad. I mean it's a bbq platter it should be hot & Smokey. It seemed like they cooked the food 20 mins ago warmed it again n served us! Never going there again.

Très bonne experience visite le 1 mars avec ma famille table 11 pour iftar le service etait impicable hors pairs là nourriture extraordinaire les prix très abordables les proprietaries très sympathiques
I really recommend this restaurant, it's must if you are searching for good Turkish food around Montréal. We have been going there for more than 3 years with friends & family for various occasions & almost never finished the family special dish. Service & food are always top notch & the overall experience is very enjoyable.
