Zara was truly amazing. She was very kind & very patient, & she really took the time to take our orders. If you come to this restaurant, definitely ask for Zara. If I come back, I would love for her to take care of us again.
Zara était vraiment incroyable. Elle était très gentille & très patiente, & elle a vraiment pris le temps de prendre nos commandes. Si vous venez dans ce restaurant, demandez absolument Zara. Si je reviens, j'aimerais qu'elle s'occupe encore de nous.

Zara mükemmeldi. Çok nazik, çok sab?rl? ve i?ini yapt??? çok belliydi. Sipari?lerimizi al?rken acele etmedi, bizimle çok güzel ilgilendi. E?er buraya gelirseniz, kesinlikle Sarah'y? isteyin, ben olsam yine onu tercih ederim.
Zara était parfaite. Très gentille, très patiente, & on voyait clairement qu'elle faisait son travail avec amour. Elle ne s'est pas pressée en prenant nos commandes & elle s'est très bien occupée de nous. Si vous venez ici, demandez Sarah, je la choisirais encore sans hésiter.
On a attendu une heure & finalement c'est immangeable (le tacos & les sandwiches) & même on a réservé & on a du attendre 20 min devant la porte & nos tables étaient même pas prêtes
Staff is good. Food is not bad , but dish 60$ for 2 person is actually good enough for one person only . I left hungry as I came . Ratio price / food is not good.

Je mange chez Anatolia depuis 2022 ! Cette année on s'est dis , on va découvrir d'autres restaurants turcs libanais ou autres restaurants dans le meme concept!! Apres avoir fait le tour , on s'est dis que Anatolia est vraiment le leader de cette cuisine ! Quantité goût & prix, depuis 2022 rien n'a changé bien au contraire le service la quantité se sont nettement améliorée, merci a l'équipe Anatolia
Quantité de viande insuffisante dans les assiettes, ainsi que leur temps de service qui était très long.j'ai commander un plat des côtelettes ils étaient sec & coupé tres mince, ce n'est pas appétissant.
I'm giving this restaurant a 3-star rating for the following reasons. We were celebrating my dad's birthday, so I called ahead to ask a few questions before making a reservation. I had seen on Instagram that they offer a dry ice'smoke' presentation with their platters, which I thought would be a fun experience-especially for the kids. When I called, I was told this would be available.
However, when we arrived & ordered our platter, we were informed that they had run out of dry ice the day before due to high demand. While it's understandable to run out of certain items, it was disappointing to have been told otherwise over the phone.
We also ordered the platter for five people, & lamb-my favorite-was listed on the menu. The waiter informed us that they didn't have lamb & then added that lamb is no longer included on that platter. It was confusing to still see it listed on the menu.
Additionally, as it was our first visit, we had several questions about the dishes, but the waitstaff were not able to clearly explain many of them, which made the experience less comfortable.
That said, the food itself was good, & the portion sizes were generous.
If you go here, expect to be discriminated, feeling like you're burdening them & have the worse customer service. It feels like they treat you & serve you according to the your ethnicity… We came in waiting to be shown to a table but we were completely ignored, then we went to the cashier to ask for a table & they handed us the menus to bring ourselves & pointed us to the dirty table that wasn't even cleaned yet. After we waited for the table to be'cleaned' we were left to be seated in a half-cleaned table which was still dirty… After, when we wanted to order we waited & waited for a long time as everybody almost refused to make any eye contact with us & kept talking amongst themselves or serve all the other customers except us or even cleaning the other tables when there was no new customers even coming in!?? Like whats the priority here?? We literally even called out to them, but we were yet again ignored as if they didn't hear us. I understand if you're not ready to take my order but you can say'we will be right with you' & make us feel more welcomed & eased up… Mind you we are very patient people & understanding as we ourselves have worked in a food service place but this is definitely INTENTIONAL. My brother said the same thing about this restaurant's service but we wanted to give it a try ourselves as we've order uber one time & the food was alright. But when you think about it for the service & price… the food is not THAT good for us to be treated with disrespect & discrimination. At the end we literally had to leave & they immediately took our menus…. Very odd isn't it? As they couldn't even come take our order or treat us as respected customers. I'm sorry but i'm never coming here, you're better off eating at another Turkish restaurant i promise you!
