Arrived at Amir at 9:45 p.m., even though the restaurant closes at 10:00 p.m. The cashier was away from the register for several minutes, & when he finally appeared, he refused to serve me, stating that the cash register was already closed.
This is completely intolerable. Closing the register 25-30 minutes before the posted closing time is unprofessional & misleading to customers. If you are not actually serving until 10:00 p.m., then your hours should reflect that.
I was in a rush & needed to get food quickly to take with my medication, which made this experience even more frustrating. This is poor customer service & reflects badly on the business. Avoid this place at all costs
I did not enjoy my meal. They rolled the pita with part of the aluminium paper inside. The fries were soggy & not good. Please do better. All in all, a very disappointing meal.
Bravo Amir, This Nun's Island location is the very very best. The Owner & his whole Team welcomes US & all clients with open arms. The whole Team is always smiling. Its such a delight to go to the Nun's Island location. The food is OUTSTANDING. The Owner & his Team always asking'how we are doing'. It's Family going there. We are regular clients at least twice a week. The plates are generous & so tasty.
La nourriture était fraîche de quantité généreuse. Pas très achalandé lors de notre passage. Place en terrasse disponible pour manger à l'extérieur. Grand stationnement. Belle variété de nourriture. Prix abordable. La viande était assez cuite & non sec sauce à l'ail généreusement tartiner. L'emballage propre. Personnel sympathique & courtois .

Je vais à ce Amir en particulier depuis plusieurs années maintenant & c'est mon préféré, j'y reviens souvent! Service toujours sympatique, excellente qualité de la nourriture & le meilleur choix de salades & légumes. Aucun autre Amir n'est aussi bon!
