Customer service really bad. It felt like the guy was doing me a favor instead of actually serving me he didn't ask what I wanted in my shawarma & just made the plate without saying anything

I ordered a shawarma plate with potatoes & rice through Uber Eats, & what I received was unacceptable. The portion was extremely small, the presentation was terrible, & it looked nothing like what Amir shows on their menu. I also added a clear note asking for extra fries, but the request was completely ignored.
The way the food was served completely killed my appetite, & on top of that, I didn't even get a refund.
Very disappointing & far from the quality I expected.
