Bought the Shawarma wrap plate they put everything in a tiny little container with their disgusting salad. The wrap comes all soaked in whatever liquid honestly disgusting put the salad somewhere else or afleas in another bowl. You know the salad is a filler that you put to skimp out on putting more of the quality food but even that is mid, chicken super salty I don't know how y'all even in business waste of money waste of chewing the food just go to the boustan next-doo
De base j'adore les charwarma & vu que je passais par là j'ai voulu prendre un chawarma vite fait mais avec ceux ci La viande était fade & sans saveur, en plus le personnel était arrogant. Bref mon expérience était juste décevante.
J'ai été dimanche vers 15h. La nourriture était très bonne. Le service de la fille était excellent, elle était très gentille. Par contre, le comportement du monsieur n'était pas correct. Quel comportement ! Il criait sur elle pendant qu'elle servait les clients.
Ordered for delivery. Food was fresh. Potato's was real good. Generous with garlic sauce. Only complaint would be portion size. I feel shrinkflation has hit over the years.
Terrible service I came in not feeling so well but ready to purchase food & the man refused me to use the washroom they're not so nice & the food isn't so good either not nice people go somewhere else
Customer service really bad. It felt like the guy was doing me a favor instead of actually serving me he didn't ask what I wanted in my shawarma & just made the plate without saying anything

I ordered the shish taouk pita plate 2 times, & got hot peppers, turnips, & tomatoes when I specifically said NO to all of them. Do not order from this Amir through Uber, they do not listen.
I ordered a shawarma plate with potatoes & rice through Uber Eats, & what I received was unacceptable. The portion was extremely small, the presentation was terrible, & it looked nothing like what Amir shows on their menu. I also added a clear note asking for extra fries, but the request was completely ignored.
The way the food was served completely killed my appetite, & on top of that, I didn't even get a refund.
Very disappointing & far from the quality I expected.
I used to be a fan of this Amir but its not good anymore unfortunately. The chicken isnt that great but I will however keep purchasing the Amir Garlic Sauce at the grocery store. Amazing sauce! Wish the food was better.
I have been a customer of this restaurant for over five years. In the past, the food was excellent & the customer service was outstanding. My whole family used to order from here regularly because we trusted their quality.
But things have changed completely. The food quality has dropped a lot - the taste is almost bad now, & the quantity is not the same as before. The customer service has become very poor. They don't ask what we want, they don't listen, & it feels like they don't care about their customers at all.
After everything, the way they treat us now is very disappointing. If they continue like this, we will not return. I hope they seriously improve their service & food, because this is not the restaurant it used to be.
