Terrible experience. They explained that platter comes with 5 items eventually came with 4 only. In the pitas they forgot to add basic things like hummus, garlic sauce & hot sauce. They were trying to upsell Cauliflower instead of falafel. For the falafel platter we were told it includes chicken so go go vegetarian platter. At the end server was rude to say we explained you everything correctly. The worst highlight was there was a huge family next to us who ordered similar stuff, they were offered free samples to taste & with a side of hummus & other accompaniments for each of their orders. We understand Friday evening rush hour can be tricky but this was pure miss communication & terrible customer service.

My family came in late at night & the workers were just beginning to clean. My group was very indecisive so it took us some time to order, but they were very patient & answered all our questions even when it was a little difficult to understand each other sometimes. Aside from us taking a while to order, we got our food very quickly. I also saw the workers laughing around with other customers as well & overall the service was great :)

Delicious food with exceptional customer service. They were very quick with prep. & we visited here for 3 consecutive days. The taste was consistent & very good quantity.

Its a halal restaurant. We took a combo shawrma platter with chicken & beef. Portion were generous. You can add sides like any salad item available. Also took 1 shish tawok sandwhich. Food tasted good. Overall good experience. If you are planning to go to MontTremblant & looking for a halal option then this can be a good option for a meal.
