Ici c'est un "food court" de luxe, avec une variété de styles de cuisine qu'on peut choisir, un bar à bières & un bar à vin. Le service est rapide, la nourriture est de qualité & il y a toujours de l'espace pour s'asseoir. Si vous cherchez quelque part de pas trop compliqué où manger ou prendre un verre de bière de microbrasserie, passez ici. PS c'est situé au dernier étage du centre Eaton.

A lot of options here are delicious sounding food. Very diverse options. Full cocktail bar, beer bar, 2 wine bar options & N/A cocktail bar. Went on a Thursday evening & it's pretty crowded & loud music bumping Good place for quick & diverse selections. You can order beverages & go throughout the area with your food.
Super foodcourt à Montréal. Il y a un grand choix de nourriture différente, l'espace est agréable aussi bien pour un lunch entre collègues que pour une sortie en famille ou un verre entre amis. Great place to go for a quick but delicious meal especially if with people in a group who want different food options. Also worth it on cold winter nights. Good drinks as well.
Assiette méchoui La portion était raisonnable, assez tiède, mais c'est vraiment le côté qualité qui n'était absolument pas au rendez-vous. Viande coriace, aucunement tendre, préparez-vous à mâcher de longues minutes. Le service était courtois. L'ambiance du Time Out Market est terrible. On a essayé. Style cafétéria pas pour moi. N'y retournerai pas (En général, mais surtout pas au America's BBQ).
Very disappointed, 4 pieces of chewy lamb, french fries & a salad for 30$ Even for the service, wanted to change the fries for their mac n cheese & they couldn't... If the food was delicious, i would not have mind the poor service, but as mentioned, the lamb was super chewy, hard to cut & harsld in mouth. I will unfortunately not go back! Paul Toussaint is an amazing chef, but the results of his techniques did not reflect in the meal I had!
Vegetarian Nachos don't belong to the traditional Nachos category. They come with a layer of unappetizing cheese on top, & once you finish it, you're left with a bland dish.
Assiette de méchoui d'agneau accompagné de frites & d'une salade. Le méchoui était très bon. Il n'y en avait pas une grosse quantité mais bien apprêté avec une sauce. Pour moi ce fut suffisant pour un souper. Les frites sont basiques. La salade un peu trop assaisonnée avec une sauce un peu trop grasse 25$ pour l'assiette. Le service n'est pas super bon. Nous avons eu un bonjour sur le bout des lèvres, dommage.

I had the grilled beef picanha steak served with chimichurri asado. The steak was done very nice & tasted good. It came with a side of both salad & fries which was a lot. The wait to get the food was long. The food tasted good so it was worth the wait.
Ordered a smoked meat sandwich & the portions are very very small compared to the norm in Montreal, not less expensive either. Fries were decent, as they were fresh, ordering was pleasant also. (Espresso cup for scale in photo)
Americas BBQ never lets me down from the 2 times I went eating there. Superb presentations, amazing meat cuts, layered taste. Sure, price is premium for the quantity, for those outraged by it, but so is every premium meat spot today, especially for timeout market. 🤷 Highly recommended.
