Loved our night at Amalia. It was a busy night, but Mary Lou was a star, attentive with a really natural, easy communication style that made everything feel smooth & fun.
Food was good overall, some hits & some misses, but for a Portuguese spot the piri piri chicken & bacalhau croquettes really stood out. Intimate, beautifully designed space, perfect for a date or special night out.
Great place for a luncheon with your team. The food was delicious. The service was attentive. The restaurant itself has a nice cozy feel with booths & we had a lovely time. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of visiting Amalia for lunch with my boss, & everything about the experience was excellent. We were lucky to have Lea as our server, & she was truly fantastic-attentive to our needs, warm, & thoughtful with her recommendations.
Based on her suggestions, we ordered the chicken salad & the shrimp & chorizo bowl, both of which were delicious & beautifully presented. For dessert, we tried the nata with ice cream, & it was the perfect sweet ending. I also requested the piri piri sauce on the side, & it was absolutely spot on.
From start to finish, the service, food, & presentation exceeded expectations. I would recommend Amalia with eyes closed-a wonderful dining experience I'll definitely repeat!
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Everything I tried was full of flavour & was beautifully presented. The staff was extremely accommodating regarding food allergies. They were incredibly understanding & quickly found an alternative that worked. The service was excellent, everyone was friendly & attentive. The ambiance was warm & inviting, making it the perfect for a night out. I'll definitely be going back!

The interior strikes the perfect balance between modern elegance & inviting warmth, making it a fantastic spot for both a romantic dinner or a night out with friends.
The service was impeccable-attentive, friendly, & knowledgeable, which made the entire dining experience feel even more special. & the food... wow! Every dish was a masterpiece, but I have to say, the scallop ceviche was my personal favorite. It was absolutely stunning-fresh, flavorful, & perfectly balanced. I highly recommend giving it a try when you visit!

We had an incredible dining experience at this Portuguese restaurant, where everything from the appetizers to the cocktails exceeded our expectations.
To start, the appetizers were simply outstanding. The asparagus salad was fresh & flavorful, the roasted eggplant had the perfect smoky depth, & the burrata was creamy & indulgent-each dish was beautifully prepared & packed with flavor.
For the main course, we shared a spectacular meat platter that was a true showcase of Portuguese flavors. The combination of juicy steak, beef chorizo, succulent shrimp, perfectly grilled octopus, & spicy, flavorful chicken made for a memorable meal. Every bite was cooked to perfection, with bold, well-balanced seasoning that kept us coming back for more.
The service was just as remarkable as the food. The waitstaff was attentive, knowledgeable, & genuinely warm, enhancing our experience with their hospitality. The cocktail menu was also a highlight, offering a fantastic selection that complemented our meal beautifully.
Overall, this restaurant delivered an unforgettable dining experience, & we'll definitely be returning for another taste of their amazing Portuguese cuisine. Highly recommended!
