The two male bartenders behind the bar were amazing I loved their vibe. I could tell they were Jamaican, & they kept the energy nice all night, singing & making everyone feel welcome. I wish I knew their names because they truly made the experience even better. It really makes people want to come back. I'm here for a month, so I'll definitely be back. The service was perfect, & the food was delicious. Alur is the best restaurant I've tried. I'm from France, & I was really impressed.
The food was great &'Rich in flavors' we ordered the Mussels, tartare, tacos & the mushrooms tapas.. each plate had its unique taste.
The staff were so friendly & polite.
Never tried Caribbean food before & it was a great experience.

Excellent restaurant, je recommande vraiment ! Les repas étaient frais, savoureux & la carte est super variée, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Le service était aussi au top, surtout Frannie qui a été adorable, attentionné & très professionnel du début à la fin. Une super expérience, j'y retournerai sans hésiter 😊

Jessica is an amazing manager! She had our food out within minutes & made sure everything was perfect. Shaq was super friendly & attentive I didn't even have to ask for a to go container, he already had one ready The food was 10/10 the music was great, & the whole staff gave such good vibes. Definitely one of the best restaurants I've been to!

I had high expectations about this restaurant & it exceeded all my expectations! Jessica's personality alone elevated the experience. I ordered every she recommended & she also crafted me a cocktail that wasn't on the menu. When I'm back in Montreal, I'll definitely be back. 10/10 would recommend.
