I live in Edmonton, but was looking online at a cargo bike at this store. While the bike ultimately ended up going to someone else, Lamar found me a similar bike at their sister store in Vancouver (Velo Lifestyle) & helped me ultimately get it here to Edmonton. Would definitely recommend doing business at this establishment!View more

We rented an e-bike & hybrid bike for the day. A helmet & lock were included in the rental. The staff was extremely helpful & easy to work with. We were also given a map & recommendations of where to ride. When we arrived to return our bikes , one of the workers gave my wife a glass of cold water, this was such a nice gesture. Thank you for making our day in Montreal so memorable.View more

I stumbled into this delightful bike shop to rent a bike. Their rental bikes were decent & they cheerful fitted you to the bike of your choice. I talked to Justin a super helpful guy who answered all my questions. Then in the nice coffee shop in the back I had the pleasure of conversing with Fiona who gave me some refreshing & interesting WWII history & landmarks within a walking distance. Their bikes came with a helmet & a lock. Their rental rate is quite reasonable & their bikes are well-maintained. When I returned they welcomed me back. A total positive experience.View more

We walked in on a very busy Saturday for a rental & had a great experience. The entire team was friendly, but Justin may have been one of the friendliest people I've ever met. He made sure to check in with us while waiting & then made sure we had everything we needed for a successful bike ride. Bikes were in good shape as well & included a helmet & lock. The shop was busy when I came in toward the end of the day to rent a bike. I had three different employees help me get sorted out & each one of them was friendly, knowledgable, & helpful. From pointing me in the direction of a nice trail to ride to recommending an ice cream shop with Guinness flavored ice cream, I left feeling confident & well cared for!
