Tellement bon que même après plusieurs mois après une grosse mise au point, j'ai remarqué un problème causé pas une installation inadéquate & ils ont écouté ce que j'avais à dire & réparé le tout avec le sourire en prenant le blâme sur eux. I stumbled into this delightful bike shop to rent a bike. Their rental bikes were decent & they cheerful fitted you to the bike of your choice. I talked to Justin a super helpful guy who answered all my questions. Then in the nice coffee shop in the back I had the pleasure of conversing with Fiona who gave me some refreshing & interesting WWII history & landmarks within a walking distance. Their bikes came with a helmet & a lock. Their rental rate is quite reasonable & their bikes are well-maintained. When I returned they welcomed me back. A total positive experience.View more

The shop was busy when I came in toward the end of the day to rent a bike. I had three different employees help me get sorted out & each one of them was friendly, knowledgable, & helpful. From pointing me in the direction of a nice trail to ride to recommending an ice cream shop with Guinness flavored ice cream, I left feeling confident & well cared for!
