I had known about the Allo Mon Coco chain since 2022, but this was the first time I went to this unit. I found the same quality of food, but not the same quality & speed in service. The lack of speed was felt when the order was taken, especially when the restaurant entered peak hours, that is, between 11 am & 12 pm. To have the coffee refill order fulfilled, we had to speak to 4 different attendants. It was clear that the number of employees could not handle the service at this time, since they needed to welcome & accommodate the clients, take the order & do other tasks. I see this not as the fault of the employees who work hard, but rather as a lack of investment by the owner who shows with this attitude that he is more concerned with profit than the proper functioning of the establishment & its customers.
Tip: arrive before 11 am, or there will be no place to sit.
Je connais Allo Mon Coco depuis 2022, mais c'était ma première fois dans cette unité. J'ai retrouvé la même qualité de nourriture, mais pas la même qualité ni la même rapidité de service. Le manque d'agilité se faisait sentir dès la passation des commandes, notamment aux heures de pointe, entre 11h & midi. Pour obtenir notre café, nous avons dû parler à quatre serveurs différents. Il était clair que le nombre d'employés n'était pas suffisant pour assurer le service à ce moment-là, car ils devaient accueillir & servir les clients, prendre les commandes & effectuer d'autres tâches. Je ne vois pas cela comme la faute des employés qui travaillent dur, mais plutôt comme un manque d'investissement de la part du propriétaire, qui démontre avec cette attitude qu'il est plus préoccupé par le profit que par le bon fonctionnement de l'établissement & de ses clients.
Conseil : Arrivez avant 11h, sinon il n'y aura plus de places.View more

L hôtel Best Western d en face nous avait recommandé ce resto déjeuner. Déjeuner un jeudi 9h30 en couple. Très satisfaits de notre déjeuner, de l accueil de jeunes filles très gentilles, bon prix, service rapide, resto propre & joli, musique d ambiance agréable, assiette TRÈS généreuse, délicieux, bon café chaud, bien situé. Contente qu un Allo mon coco soit récemment ouvert également à Québec, notre lieu de résidence.View more

They are not worried about the food presentation. They just throw a lot of things on the plate. My egg was very raw, the grapefruit juice very bitter. The staff dint ask me why I didn't drink my juice. I just left there thinking about the bad experience & how much I hate to pay expensive about a bad experienceView more

Délicieux brunch avec beaucoup de choix. Attention il y a des oeufs partout donc n'y allez pas si vous n'aimez pas ça. J'y suis allée 2 fois & l'une des fois le service était vraiment déplorable (serveur mou, pas souriant, très lent : on a attendu 20min à table avant d'avoir les cartes)View more

Aucun service! Le serveur n'était jamais là. On lui demande l'addition & on a l'impression de le déranger. De plus, l'hôtesse nous dit que ça coûte 1$ de plus pour emporter, c'est vraiment absurde, est-ce que ça veut dire que vous encouragez le gaspillage ?! Très décevant !View more
