Je prends souvent la banane gourmande, j'ai trouvé qu'il y avait moins de crème anglaise que d'habitude... Parcontre plus de chocolat en décoration donc le goût était un peu différent mais tout aussi bon.
Les patates servies à mon épouse étaient un peu croquantes (crues).
Ça n'a pas gâché notre brunch pour autant car nous avons passé un bon moment ❤?Voir plus

Great brunch today. … we were served by Christina … she was very patient with our table even though the restaurant was full … she explained the menu choices very clearly … kudos to her … & at the same time she was training a new employee … we got all what we ordered. It was a great visit.Voir plus

Food is always delicious & plenty of it too! Fresh & hot. Loud place but great for any time of day. Tons of excited people around. The service, while super friendly is not fast at all. 2025 but our server Christine was quite excellent! Definitely a great addition to your staff. La jeune serveuse Inas fait vraiment un travail exceptionnel ! Toujours souriante, accueillante & très sympathique, elle met tout le monde à l'aise dès l'arrivée. This establishment's payment process is unacceptable. My father, an elderly man, visited recently & accidentally overpaid on the tip due to the confusing & outdated payment system. His bill ended up being $85 simply because of a misclick during the tipping process.
By law, businesses are required to display tip percentages before tax, yet this restaurant's system does not comply. This makes the process unnecessarily complicated for customers, particularly for seniors who may not be as familiar with newer payment technology.
Fortunately, the waitress was honest & processed a refund, but if she hadn't, my father would not have noticed the error without my intervention. This lack of compliance & customer consideration raises serious concerns about transparency. I cannot recommend this restaurant.Voir plus

Pour commencer, nous sommes arrivés & la table qu'ils nous ont donné était sale. Pas grave, nous avons compris qu'il y avait beaucoup de gens & nous avons demandé de la nettoyer. Ils nous ont offert du café, nous avons accepté & les verres étaient sales. Nous avons demandé de les changer. Après, on a attendu beaucoup pour qu'ils prennent notre commande. Quand la commande est arrivé, ils nous ont donné que 1 pain pour 2 personnes, quand habituellement nous recevons 2. Je comprends que des erreurs peuvent arriver, mais plus que 3 c'est beaucoup, surtout quand tu dois demander chaque fois une chose différente. Nous avons passé beaucoup de minutes dans l'établissement après avoir mangé & personne n'est venue nous voir pour nous demander si on voulait quelque chose de plus. La serveuse était quand même gentille, mais le service reçu n'est pas comparable à celui que nous avons reçu dans les autres succursales.Voir plus

Disappointing experience. I was charged $23 for a'lox plate' that came with barely any lox - maybe two thin slices - & a bagel so small & bland it clearly wasn't from Fairmount or St-Viateur. Definitely looked like a cheap third-party supplier. We also tried the burger, which was overcooked, dry, & completely tasteless. For the price & location, there are far better places to eat in the area. This place is absolutely not worth it. Not recommended at all.

Everything was great from the food to the service, we really enjoyed our experience. The only thing that bothered us was the tipping process on the machine. There were no suggested percentage options, so we had to manually calculate & write in the amount each time. It may seem like a small detail, but it made the end of the meal unnecessarily stressful. This is actually the first time I've seen a payment machine without tip suggestions, & I really hope they consider updating it to make the checkout smoother for customers. Ive been coming here since it opened not the first time i wasnt inpressed hostess put us at a table just dropped all the cutlery & left ,we get coffee but had to get up to get milk & augar from another table my eggs were over cooked & aerver hardly came to thevtable not once for a refillVoir plus
