Reply to latest customer review (Wacef Chowdhury): As the waitress serving the customers, I would like to respectfully clarify what happened. When taking the customers order, they asked me if I could suggest something to eat that was good. I suggested a few items & one of them being a grilled cheese. I had suggested the portobello mushroom grilled cheese but as they looked on the menu, they decided that they wanted the scrambled egg grilled cheese instead which indeed included bacon inside. I told them that it was a good choice & i placed the order. Unfortunately, at no point was there any mention of any dietary restrictions. When the grilled cheese arrived, they saw the bacon & advised they could not eat it. As we always do if something like this happens, we kindly asked the customer if it is OK if we take the bacon out as to not waste any food because it happens that some of our customers just dont like the taste but in this case, they mentioned it was for religious purposes & that it could not be the same sandwich & asked for a new one to be made. We always try to accommodate our customers the best we could & we always assume our mistakes. That being said, as it was the mistake of the customer, my manager did ask them to pay half the price of the sandwich & absorbed some of the loss himself. I think its important for me to clarify that my boss never asked me to pay for the food. I took it upon myself because as the customer mentioned to me, we are all human & make mistakes. This is very true & i agreed with that & the customers were very nice to me. But at the end of the day somebody has to pay for the mistakes & it is not fair for the restaurant to always absorb the costs of customer mistakes. It was just an unfortunate event/mistake.This is why I decided to buy it & enjoy it later.

Au niveau de la qualité de la nourriture tout etait bon sauf les fruits pas mûre dutout ! Les prix sont quand meme tres chère quand on compare aux compétiteur mais cela ne m'aurais pas dérangé si javais reçu un service de qualité. Premièrement un accueil très peu chaleureux, deuxièmement langlais choisit comme langue prioritaire suivis dune traduction vers le francais "do you want some coffee / voulez vous du café". Une fois répondu dans ma langue parlé (le francais) jai osé espérer que le reste du service se passe en francais ... mais non tout le dejeuner s'est derouler en anglais traduit vers le francais je trouve que cest un manque de respect flagrant pour le client. Je ny retournerai pas !

Food is good. I've had better breakfast at a non restaurant chain. Don't get me wrong, food is more than acceptable. Service is excellent.

Bonjour nous sommes des clients réguliers ces très bien mais nous aimerions avoir des menus avec salade mesclun balsamiques Crème Avocado oignon avec bol de fruit car ils ont la poutine avec sur le dessus des patates 🥔 un peux de mesclun mais la même version sans pommes de terre serait bien ces rafraîchissant merci 💕

Le restaurant était plein mais une fois les commandes prises, la réception des plats a été rapide. La nourriture était excellente & les fruits (fraises, bleuets, framboises, mûres) "sur la coche"; je n'en ait pas trouvé d'aussi bons a l'épicerie depuis longtemps !
