Reply to latest customer review (Wacef Chowdhury): As the waitress serving the customers, I would like to respectfully clarify what happened. When taking the customers order, they asked me if I could suggest something to eat that was good. I suggested a few items & one of them being a grilled cheese. I had suggested the portobello mushroom grilled cheese but as they looked on the menu, they decided that they wanted the scrambled egg grilled cheese instead which indeed included bacon inside. I told them that it was a good choice & i placed the order. Unfortunately, at no point was there any mention of any dietary restrictions. When the grilled cheese arrived, they saw the bacon & advised they could not eat it. As we always do if something like this happens, we kindly asked the customer if it is OK if we take the bacon out as to not waste any food because it happens that some of our customers just dont like the taste but in this case, they mentioned it was for religious purposes & that it could not be the same sandwich & asked for a new one to be made. We always try to accommodate our customers the best we could & we always assume our mistakes. That being said, as it was the mistake of the customer, my manager did ask them to pay half the price of the sandwich & absorbed some of the loss himself. I think its important for me to clarify that my boss never asked me to pay for the food. I took it upon myself because as the customer mentioned to me, we are all human & make mistakes. This is very true & i agreed with that & the customers were very nice to me. But at the end of the day somebody has to pay for the mistakes & it is not fair for the restaurant to always absorb the costs of customer mistakes. It was just an unfortunate event/mistake.This is why I decided to buy it & enjoy it later.

Decent food. Tasty. Great service. Sometimes very busy with a line but for a good reason. Will be back soon. Bad bacon though.

We go almost every week The last 3 times the bacon has been cold as soon as we got it I sent it back last time & the watress brought more that wasn't much hotter. Today I even asked the waitress to ask the cook to make sure it was hot but it came & it was cold. If it is the same next time we won't be back.

Nourriture bof. Fruit pas frais, jus de fruit "fraîchement pressée" c'est des oranges passez au blender & verser dans un verre... Crêpes mal cuites & tranches de bacons transparentes. Pire du pire, à la fin de notre repas, Stéphanie C. notre "superbe" serveuse nous a apporté la facture & nous a demandé si nous avions fait une erreur. Après avoir demander pourquoi? Elle nous répond qu'elle se fais payer 10$ de l'heure & que si on ne donnes pas de pourboir, on ne devrais pas sortir manger .. pendant que nous attendions ma grand-maman, elle a continué de nous lancer des regards croches à moi & ma famille. Très déplaisant, je n'y retournerai plus, McDonald's paye mieux leurs employés & aux moins eux, ne se plaignent pas de leur choix de vie.
